We stayed here for one week, it is in a good location near to beach and restaurants. This is a family run hotel who have pride in meeting your expectations which we enjoyed. Thanks to Yuksel the supremo of breakfast who always made us smile.

The owner was great, helping out with any issues. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. The location was perfect, next to the beach, pier and buses. And I would say pay for the bigger room, it's definitely worth it.

We loved our stay here. Large room, comfortable bedding, good air-con and wi-fi. Super breakfast each morning and all the staff who make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Very happy we booked our stay here.

It was a wonderful stay. The Hotel is perfectly located and the owner tries to make the stay as nice as possible. We very much enjoyed our stay and would always come back to OTEL DOST

Location is convenient and service is good. Owner and staff were very helpful. Breakfast is good enough to start the day. We were given a room with balcony overlooking the street which was a bonus.The owner kindly helped to arrange the transportation to the airport. Highly recommended!

Excellent hosts! Lovely personel and 24hr reception services. Whatever you need, whenever you need it, they are always wiling to help. The room was great, very clean and seeemed like recently renovated. Neighborhood was very quiet although the hotel is in the city center. Many and all kind of stores and services are within minute's reach. The beach is half a minute way on foot. I would definately recomend it and choose it again in case of revisiting.

This hotel is fantastic value with friendly helpful staff / owner. The room was comfortable with all you need, including a fridge which was nice. The location is set back from the front line, but everything is walking distance. I would return without hesitation.

We were only one block off the main street that heads to the sea. The room was very pleasant and the breakfasts were varied and well prepared. Loved the french toast! The staff were friendly and helpful. For a small fee we had our laundry done.

It is a basic hotel but the staff are very friendly giving you plenty of information on the area. It was absolutely perfect for what I was needing as it was just a short stay so spent most of the time exploring Marmaris. Great location, great staff everything you need would recommend.

Very well run. Managers/owners speak good English and are very helpful. About two blocks off the beach on a main street with many shops and services. Rooms are moderately well insulated against noise, but not completely. Probably at the top in terms of value comparison with other hotels (about $27 per night in shoulder season).

Great value for money. Only 2 comments for improvement: mattress is not for sleeping more then one night and some local milk products for breakfast, not everyone is a fan of British breakfast

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location was great, a number of supermarkets and lots of restaurants around. A few minutes walk from the beach, castle and museum, and bazaar. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Shower was very good. There was a balcony in our room. Internet was fast. Breakfast was very nice. If you are a great fan of the pool (we are not), this is probably not the place for you, as the pool is on the other side of the road.

I arrived early and staff was very accomodating. My room was ready after a short wait. The hotel is family owned and operated. The rooms are small, but they are nice and clean and in good repair. The shower is small but has good water pressure. A very good complimentary breakfast is offered with the freshest, most delicious produce which is grown in the family's garden. The tomatoes are out of this world! I stayed two nights on different occassions. My first room had a wonderful balcony. My second room did not have a private balcony, but had a nice outdoor patio close by. I would definately stay at this hotel again, it is an excellent value.
