This property is a luxurious oasis in the middle of gorgeous vineyards at the foot of the Andes. Good restaurant on site and tour of the bodega and tasting is included with your room

Really cool spot. My only complaint was that there were some bugs when sitting outside since it's close to the woods, but at least no mosquitoes.

A disappointing experience. The place is beautiful, but it seems the owners have not given money for upkeeping investments. The chairs in our room were stained. The telephone did not work (we got a new one when requested), the tap was not only dripping - water was literally pouring. We had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The tap was not mended during our 3-night stay. The hotel has bicycles you can borrow to ride around. 70 % of them are in undrivable condition. It is such a shame the management and the owners let the condition of the facility wither. The staff as such is friendly and the food in the restaurant good. But somehow the "icing" on the cake was that we had been promised an early breakfast as we had to leave early. But nothing was there. They just forgot. Somehow it just sums up Posada Salentin: nobody seems to care.

We spent three nights at the Posada and would gladly have stayed for longer. Visiting in early autumn meant it was very quiet and so perfect for wandering the grounds. Our room was perfect with underfloor heating throughout and a complimentary bottle of their own wine on arrival. All of the staff were wonderful and very accommodating with anything we needed, and the food very nicely prepared. Guests staying at the Posada receive a free tour of the winery on site which was great for getting to know the area and wine making process more.

We stayed there for 3 nights and had dinner there every night. It was quiet, sophisticated, but casual. The view from the restaurant was great and every evening we had drinks and watched the birdlife from the patio. The manager was excellent. He set up a horseback ride for us and suggested things we could do and places that we could visit. The Killka center is a stunning art gallery, small but excellent shop, and lovely place to have lunch. The winery is immaculate but you see only the tanks and barrels, no production as you do in other wineries. We will go back!
