Average hotel. Breakfast buffet was average. Service was average. Overcharged on cab services provided by hotel. Included various charges not informed earlier. Staff on duty was not helpful when questioned about the overcharge. Appears staff too is untrained in providing good customer service.

There is nothing extra exciting or inspiring about this hotel, but it is a solid choice and we would consider staying there again. This is especially if you have a good reason to be in the Green Park neighborhood or you appreciate having a metro station (Green Park on the Yellow Line) just a few steps away. We were a little disappointed that the restaurant did not have much in terms of vegan options. Luckily other restaurant options are within walking distance. The room was a little small, but it was fine for Delhi. It was clean and organized and the staff were professional and courteous.

we stayed here our first two nights in india.
overall, it was fine. for a little less money, you'd be somewhere sketchy. for a little more, you'd be somewhere nicer. so middle of the road, and perfectly fine. not great, not terrible. there is another sarovar portico location near the airport which looked nicer and i would consider visiting next time we're in delhi.
the hotel was clean and quiet and we had plenty of hot water for showering. the room was a little beat up looking, with chipped furniture and flooring, and the bathroom fixtures a little worn. but the bathroom and linens were clean and the room was warm which was nice because delhi was experiencing record low temps while we were there.
on our booking, it clearly stated we had free breakfast, but when we got there, they insisted we did not and charged us. i was too tired to argue so we paid it both days. it wasn't a lot and it's india, so pick your battles.
however, breakfast was good and everything was freshly prepared.
overall, it was clean, safe, and quiet for our very first time in delhi so i don't regret it.

The hotel was clean and offered a free tasty Indian breakfast each day. Rooms were a little small but comfortable. There were no extra amenities beyond the basics and service was slow and limited. The reception phone rand loudly through the night and a fire alarm and barking dogs outside made sleep a bit difficult. It was a clean, affordable place to stay.

This hotel was extremely nice for our time spent in India. The hotel and their employees were extremely accommodating, the restaurant had the best butter chicken we tasted, and the air con worked like a boss. We were very pleased with our time there.

Hotel was moderate - WiFi was extremely poor

The hotel was near my office which is why I chose them in the first place.
Check-in was quick and staff were courteous. They guided me to my room after check-in which is great.
Service & Cleanliness is excellent.
Only thing that needs improvement is breakfast. Dosa and poori options are not available. These options are available in all other hotels I have stayed so far in Delhi.

Centrally located property. Good metro rail connection.

Not having a working restaurant was a problem. The breakfast is just so-so. Staff are not helpful.

Great hotel with clean and comfy room. Descent size room. Only issue I would point out was noise from neighbors. The walls are paper thin amd tv, phone conversations etc can be heard if they are loud. Neighborhood is not great but its typical India unless one stays in a premium location. Sufficient eateries to choose from and 50m from metro which was excellent. Overall a great stay

Comfortable Stay - Well Equipped Rooms - Decent spread for Breakfast - Good Service

Pleasant decoration, nice staff. Lacking facilities and amenities. Located in a crowded and dirty street. We booked several weeks in advance thinking we would get a better price, but it turns out that it's much cheaper if the rooms are booked close to the stay.

Nice room, only negative point: there was no window. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Well conected to the underground

Hotel is located in a area, where you can find small shop, pharmacies, etc. It only takes 20 minutes to get to Rajiv Chowk (Connaught place) by metro. I reccomend when it is possible to use metro, as it is fast and you always know how long it will take to get there. In the roads it seems like always rush hour. Hotel is nice with bright and clean rooms.

Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Close to South extention shopping centers and Haus khaz village. Close to the metro station which made it easier to roam around. Good breakfast.

I had left my luggage at the hotel for a few days. It was kept in the reception area that has CCTV coverage. I felt very safe because it was exactly where I had left it and it was not tampered with.

Car rental almost Rs 50 / km ???? keeping car idle.. no business sense.

This was truly the best stay I have ever had in the US or abroad. The rooms are a bit small, but that is expected in a city. Very modern, and most importantly, the staff was unbelievably helpful, from finding reputable drivers to helping us resolve an issue with my bank back in the states. I have not come across such helpful in my 40 years of travel. It is also right across the street from where the auto rickshaws stage, and very close to a market where you can find everything from coffee shop to shops that have any provisions you may need. HIGHLY recommend cor the price (about $85.00 a night). Also, good 24 hour rooms service, and frre breakfast buffet.

The hotel is in South Delhi very close to the Green Park Metro station, so very handy for travel into many of Delhi's shopping and tourist spots. The staff were very professional and helpful. The restaurant was terrific, with a buffet available each mealtime and very tasty. The WIFI was fast and easy to access. Overall this was a really good experience and we ended up booking more nights after returning from Punjab. They also had cars and drivers available. The Green Park area is nice once you get away from the Aurobindo highway area, and there are parks and tombs to explore and good local shopping including some great clothes shops and restaurants. The Haus Khaz area is the next suburb and also had good places to eat. Get the rooms at the front overlooking the street - very entertaining and double glazed so you miss out on the constant beep-beeping!
