Went to celebrate a birthday check in, was bad person on just didnt seem to want to be there very unfriendly. The room was nice, wish there were simple things like bowls to put food in fridge or a measuring cup. Shower had no hot water had it turned all the way over and was luke warm at best. The beds were horrible flat, hard, and stiff. And pillows so soft they went flat. Gym and pool area was amazing. Nice they offered a grill area to use.

The property is very maintained and accessible. The staff is very hospitable, helpful and friendly. Overall very welcoming!

The staff here is amazing- Jamie at the front desk to the cleaning staff all stopping to greet us with a big smile, and the breakfast staff that delivered a delicious buffet with professionalism and friendliness. Definitely will be here for all future events at Gillette.

We recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Canton, MA, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is convenient, with easy access to Boston and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning!

In town for four nights for the Continental Youth Championships (CYC) held at the Irish Cultural Center a few miles away. Our stay was wonderful. Check-in & out was friendly and fast. Room was spacious & clean. Kitchen was fully appointed. Wonderful breakfast was definitely a highlight especially when traveling with kids who are athletes. Great way to start the day! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The only reason for three star was cleanliness. Had spider and webs next to couch and ceiling of bathroom, blanket in pull out bed was worn out and kinda gross.. staff very friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Would stay again

Pool was closed to be cleaned because someone had a bowel movement in the water. They scooped it out and added chemicals. My family swam shortly after (not knowing at that time someone had just pooped in the pool). A few days later when we were leaving the hotel my kids all had contracted coxsackie virus. Their dr said this is most commonly spread through public pools contaminated by feces.

The property is well-maintained, the breakfast tastes good, and the ability to walk to Trillium Brewing Company is a plus!

The evening staff on duty when we checked in was very helpful. They did not allow us up to the room until they had checked on its readiness personally (apparently the tech they used for this was not working properly). The breakfast staff was helpful and checked on us. Our one issue was that the cafe area was quite chilly Saturday morning.

Nice property, friendly staff

It was nice, breakfast was ok, the workers were very helpful, especially the lady in the kitchen who had to work on her day off on Tuesday but was very funny and friendly. It was dirty though. Our carpet was dirty, the carpet outside the room was dirty. Some of the furniture had stains on it. Overall ok but maybe they were shortstaffed. I was told they were supposed to clean the rooms every day but they didn’t, i had to request cleaning.

Very spacious room with kitchenette. Great if you're staying for an extended period. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed. I specifically booked this hotel because of the hot tub. I find it very helpful after a full day of travel. I had even called before booking the room to make sure it was open. I understand things can happen that require special cleaning, but it was still disappointing. Otherwise a good stay

The pool was a good temperature and didn't have to much chlorine. The staff was really nice too

Great for families

Would not stay here again. We could not get sheets and blankets for the pullout couch for my son after calling t ice. We picked this for the pool but we could not swim As the chlorine was so strong it burnt everyone’s eyes. After reaching out to the manager apparently you nothing they could do since we booked on this site which we will not do again either.

My expectations were surpassed by this hotel. My daughter has a January birthday which for years has been thwarted by snow or COVID outbreaks. We decided to stay at the Homewood Suites where we could use the pool and bring our dog, both very important to her for a birthday. I was impressed as a solo mom by an in-room peloton and a gym that overlooks the pool (perfect for supervising older, strong swimmer kiddos) But what surpassed my expectations were the moments of humanity, which so many businesses and hotels lack. First of all, 3:00 check in and 12:00 check out. Wow. Hotels seem to be squeezing times to 4:00 check in and 10:00 check out, so the realistic check in and check out were very much appreciated. Our King suite with tons of room (and the in room peloton- yes I really appreciated this) was reasonably priced. My absolute favorite part of our staff was the breakfast staff. the included breakfast included hot items, which was a pleasant surprise, but there were attentive and pleasant staff present. They were extremely kind to my girls, and I couldn't help but notice that they made personal connections with everyone dining in the breakfast area. Throughout our stay, the staff we encountered were helpful and available, but also non-intrusive. The Boston area isn't particularly known for hospitality (I can say that as a lifelong Bostonian) but I felt a welcoming vibe and a familiarity after only one day. We will definitelystay-cation here again.
