Fantastic place to stay! The restaurant attached is a true gem!

First and most important the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The restaurant makes a great breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms are big and clean. They are a little outdated but everything else about this property makes up for that including the 1 minute walk to the beach and the beautiful pool. The only complaint is the wifi was not consistent. While i did not want to stay on the beach to be stuck on my tablet or phone it is still important to have a good connection in 2023.

All the staff are very friendly and will done anything to help you. The restaurant was outstanding food was very good and priced fairly. Could not belive the choice of restaurants 41 with in walking distance. The beach is fantastic and if you fancy a snack or a drink there's a man that will bring it to you from the restaurant and there is no extra charge.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at Sea View Beach Hotel. The restaurant was delicious and at a good price! The rooms were adequate and the staff was very friendly. This place was perfect for a couple days spent on the beach.

Charming, clean, wonderful, attentive and friendly staff. Steps from the beach. Restaurant is great and there are a lot of other dining/bar options nearby. We loved staying on the more "chill" side of Santorini! Kids loved the pool.

Super happy we stayed at this property. We were 3 adults and were lucky to stay in a very spacious room. It had two showers, two bathroom and one sink. Two rooms one iwht a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds, and living area/small table. The hotel had a restaurant wiht breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff for the restuarant and hotel were awesome and super helpful. The hotel beach was also a great location with great staff. I could be happier with the hotel.

Our room and the restaurant were always very clean. The reception and restaurant staff were always really polite and accommodating. The breakfast was a bit of a let down as it was a set menu and as someone with food allergies that was quite limiting for me personally but my partner ate well. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and although it was lovely it just didn’t feel very welcoming or romantic. It almost felt quite clinical. The bath is a good addition though. The window in the bathroom did not lock which left our room quite easy to access from the outside. The grounds around the hotel felt very unloved. The pool area could be so beautiful if some care was put into the gravelled areas around it. Area of the beach associated with the hotel was always very clean and tidy with staff regularly coming around to see if you need anything.

George was really nice at check in. The staff in the hotel were really friendly and the food was good. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was really nice.

We had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. They nickel and dime you for silly little things. The manager was rude and so was the guy at the front desk. The mattress was REALLY bad. I left with one of the worst sore backs I’ve ever had. I wont be staying there again.

Overall the hotel is nice and the food is great. When we landed at the airport I received communication from the hotel that their was a medical emergency with a child in the room we booked so we were placed in a nearby hotel for our 1st day. I tried to be understanding and accepted the offer. The second day in Greece we checked in to Sea View and were placed in a room I didnt pay for. After asking why we were down graded, the receptionist told me the room pictured on my phone didnt exist, and then proceeded to tell me the hotel had renovations and he'd never seen that room before. After expressing this to expedia and it being brought to the owners attention, I was them told the room did exist but the medical emergency involved an 80 year old man that may have had a stroke so he needed to stay an additional 3 days. In the end I received a discount, which was nice but I truly felt lied to by all involved. It went from a child emergency, to the room not existing, to an emergency with an elderly man. I truly believe they overbooked rooms and instead of being honest and apologizing, they kept coming up with new lies to tell me. I would have been ok with the truth, but the changing stories about our room made it akward to dine each morning with the owners at the restaurant. Because of this, we dined at surrounding restaurants most days to avoid them. We spent 2 days traveling with my son to get to Greece and almost $12k USD on this trip. Honesty goes a long ways!

We split up our trip with 4 days on the beach side in Perivolos/ Perissa and 4 days on the cliff side in Oia. The Sea View was perfect!! We enjoyed the super helpful and friendly staff, nice very clean rooms and their restaurant is one of the best in the area. We opted for the breakfast included and they we happy to serve it to us on the beach tables or in the restaurant. Every meal was delicious, fresh and plentiful. We loved the location on the black sandy beach and many more places to eat, drink, shop and easily walk everywhere to Perissa. Loved it!

Right on the beach! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing get away, this is it. It’s about a 15 min bus ride to the main spot where you can shop and hit some bars… the service at the hotel is amazing!

We stayed here for the weekend with my cousin. The hotel was beautiful and looked just like it does in the photos. It’s a family-run operation and is obviously very well loved and taken care of. All of the staff from the front desk, restaurant and beach were very helpful, welcoming and warm with wonderful recommendations for our stay. I would love to come back and definitely recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Staying in Perivolos at this hotel was a great choice when my husband and I visited Santorini! The staff are extremely friendly and professional! We were offered a free welcome drink upon arrival! The beach is also breathtaking and clean. The hotel allows you to use the sunbeds for free. There is also a waiter who can take food and drink orders while you are relaxing! It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended for couples. Great location for a quiet couple of days.

Great stay, good value for money although the hotel is not up to the standard it could be. The new owner is doing his best, it was only his second year, and the father (old owner) was still not letting him roam freely.
But what made the difference for us was the hospitality and friendliness of the staff and the owners - both him and his wife. If I ever go to Perevolos again, this is where I would stay, any time…its an honest hotel, a real honest hotel, and they are becoming very very rare.

It was far away from the bus line.
Beach area was good and so was the food and the breakfast was fabulous - banana and chocolate crepe.
Room was ok but thin walls.

Hotel needs some love. It's a beautiful building, nice swimming pool, in a great beach but it's a bit run down. Beds are proper though.
It was a comfortable stay but could have been much more a stylish one.

We (only) stayed there for 3 nights but had a fantastic time.
The rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated.
The staff was extremly friendly and took care of everything with a smile - once you go on vacations to Greece you will notice that this is not always the case.
As a guest you also have access to the beach and longchairs which are provided and where you can order drinks and food. Wi-fi as well there.
I would go anytime again and therefore highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a very good value for money stay on this side of Santorini.

Hotel is right on the beach! That was awesome. You wake up, walk outside, and jump right into the water. Wonderful location! The owner was very helpful and nice. He owns the place and works the reception. Was always helpful with providing advice on sites to see and things to do. You get that family owned service here that you dont get with big chain hotels. The hotel is on a strip in Perivolos with lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, and coastal umbrellas. Great place to relax and party. And the Sea View umbrellas are free for anybody staying at the beach.
