Room is old. But not bad for sleep and visit this area. There are having convince store near there and good access from Hiratsuka Station.

Considering the price range, the property was a good deal around New Year time. Only issue I found was that the corridors smelled of smoke, maybe because some rooms allowed smoking and others did not.

Room dirty and dim. Got urine smell. No warm air coming out of the centralised aircon. Too cold during the night and in the morning. Good points: free flow of clean towels, tooth brush and toothpastes.

Overall experience is so-so. It is the only hotel that we stay without a phone. Internet connection is good in the room but lobby and other area are not good.
Otherwise, it is a good location for the train station.

Very convenience. Close to JR Station. Near shopping mall. Clean. Good breakfast.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, situated maybe 3 to 5 minutes walk from the train station. Outside the train station, there is a central bus stop to take you to various place that you might want to visit. The hotel is also nearby the local shopping arcade and different dining options, making it an overall solid option.
Got a room that faces the wall of the next door building with limited natural lighting... ...but not gonna complain due to the relatively low price that I paid for the room.
Room is generally clean, tidy and small (not unbearable), simply what you would expect from a Japanese business-chain hotel.
Wifi was a bit unstable at the start but somehow settled down on the evening... ...
All in all, solid location and a solid option.

Very good hotel for stays in Kanagawa area, close to Hakone, Kamakura, Yokohama, only 50 minutes from Tokyo that much more expensive. Great breakfast, many places to eat in surroundings.

Rooms too dark. Even though the room was non smoking, the hotel was full of cigarette odor, therefore the room as well. Room size japanesse style, maybe smaller than other places. No cold air cond. Reception does not speak english. breakfast is 100% japanesse style. Ok for one night if there is no alternative.

This hotel is in Hiratsuka which gives easy access to Hakone, Mt Fuji and Kamakura. The hotel is very close to the station and has all sorts of local shopping nearby. It's a very relaxing area. The hotel itself is clean and tidy even though small. We enjoyed the room which had a japanese bath and microwave. Also convenient is the laundary room to wash clothes. Would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and overall comfort.

Ive seen a lot of reviews that complained about the lack of wifi so I guess its new but it worked extremely well - much better than many hotels Ive paid three times the price for. The staff were very kind and tried their best with my extremely limited Japanese. This is a business hotel so rooms are very small but it worked very well for a quick two night stop either side of running the nearby Shonan Marathon. 2 minutes walk from the station (take the north exit and go straight).

5mins walk to hotel, with restaurants nearby station. Poor English of the staff, and not helpful. During the trip I lost my camera in one restaurant, and request hotel staff to call the restaurant for us, he refuse to do so and claims the responsible colleague work on the next day. So we wait till the next day and request them to call police for us because we don't know Japanese. The staff refuse to help as well. Finally we find police on our own, and found back our camera. We are so disappointed to the hotel staff.

It was wonderful to stay there. We stayed two nights. Room was very clean, well serviced and the hotel is very near from station.

This hotel was pretty basic. Nothing really bad, nothing great. The neighborhood has some restaurants but otherwise was pretty boring. About 45 min from Hakone.

Overall a great location, rooms are a bit small but that's every hotel in japan, close to many restaurants and bars

No Wi-Fi if you dont have a Japanese cell phone. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Overall he hotel was comfortable. One thing that left me unsettled was when I dropped something behind the dresser that was holding the TV. When I moved the dresser back I found an incredible amount of dust. It was truly disgusting. The internet works through LAN, NOT WIFI...the connection is incredibly slow...mediocre at best. Other than the aforementioned situations, the hotel was comfortable and clean. I wouldnt stay there again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. There are much better places to stay in the area which are both cheaper and cleaner.

Close to station, less than 10 min by foot. Rooms good but small and have everything you would need. Staff speak very little English. Neighbourhood is safe, plenty places for food. Decent value.
