Great stay!
We love the breakfast and reception at the exec lounge was good.
Staff was nice and arranged extra bed in the living room as requested. 👍

Staff at the Nikko were excellent-friendly and very helpful!
Staff during breakfast were excellent.
Servers for the dinner buffet could be better.
They forgot to do my brother’s anniversary, and asked us if we wanted to bring the cake with us when we were done.
Hotel is clean and well kept.
Love the purple decorated Xmas tree.
We enjoyed the live music at the lounge.
Overall, I would stay at the Nikko again.

All the staff especially Tony, Linh and Hai (Manager) are very helpful ensuring we have a smooth check in & comfortable stay in the hotel. They recommended us nice places to eat. Overall, good experience with hotel nikko vietnam

Bad experience! They placed us in a room that is noisy at night. Got an insect bites. Allowed us to check in exactly 2pm.
2.5
Excellent service and facilities but the location is inconvenient.

We were given a room with a huge stain of blood on the mattress upon check-in! This is not something which should be seen at a five-star hotel.
Food quality and sanitation at breakfast has also deteriorated with some tableware with dirty spots on it.

Hotel Nikko Saigon is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in all my travels around the world. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and hospitality of the staff were remarkable. Although their English isn’t perfect, they communicated effectively, ensuring I understood everything I needed to know. If something wasn’t clear, they patiently clarified it until I was fully informed.
The breakfast spread was truly impressive! They offered a wide range of cuisines, including Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes, all of high quality. The fruit selection was fresh and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the fresh coconut served in its shell—such a nice touch! And the Vietnamese iced coffee? Absolutely perfect.
My room experience was exceptional as well. They upgraded me from a deluxe room to a premium suite without me even asking, making me feel like a VIP guest which I indeed was. The room was beyond what I expected—beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable.
Overall, Hotel Nikko Saigon is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for top-notch service, incredible food, and a comfortable, luxurious stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!

Lack of contactless payments, physical cards are still needed, it's a bit disappointed for this post-Covid travelling;

Excellent customer service. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Special thanks to Yan for quick, smooth and accommodating check in. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay, good location, front and concierge staff are very helpful. Breakfast is one of the best with all international dishes, hot and cold. Excellent noodle soup, dim sum. Room layout is one of the best and we travel around the world and cruise over 45 itineraries. Very quiet location although right in the midst of the excitement and traffic. Highly recommended to stay and don’t forget to book with breakast.

Nice location and fantastic food especially breakfast.

Excellent hotel which is a little off the beating track but still close enough to downtown area via taxi (€2 per journey max). Staff were friendly and attentive, a little over zealous at time but all in good nature.
Rooms were excellent with fantastic view (we were on Floor 15), bathroom and shower especially good. Bed was super comfy and large. Turn down service and pillow mint were a welcome gesture each evening. Hotel Dim Sum all you can eat was reasonably priced and delicious. Spa facilities were a lovely touch — nice jacuzzi and steam room and pool on fifth floor. One drawback was the hotel reception doesn’t accept Apple Pay so be prepared but the reception handled that issue well. All in all a good stay and would come back.

Second time in Nikko hotel. Everything is good, breakfast is excellent. Seafood buffet is perfect

Although not providing the hot water in the third morning I stayed 4 days and the maintenance staff took also one hours but not solve the issue.
Then, the service guys from front desk was very nice, but brought me to the other 2 rooms to check if the hot water is ok for me. Finally, they found the room with hot water for me, but had passed 1.5 hours. I have to cancel the meeting with the customer.
Hope the reaction of the hotel can be faster and efficient.
Others experience are really good. I will still choice this hotel for my next trip.
Family trip is also a nice choice to stay this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon. There are several highlights that made my experience truly enjoyable:
- The **breakfast buffet** was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options to start the day.
- The **room** was spacious, giving plenty of space to relax and unwind.
- The **soundproofing** was excellent, making it a peaceful and quiet environment, even though the hotel is in a busy area.
- The **staff** were very professional and well-trained, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.
- The **shuttle bus service** was convenient, and the driver took the time to explain the route and drop-off points clearly.
A couple of areas for improvement:
- It would be great to have **USB ports** available directly in the room for easier charging of devices.
- A clear explanation on how to use the **sauna** would have made that experience more seamless.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The best hotel conditions and restaurant quality in a similar price range in Saigon. The location is a bit inconvenient, but use Grab then this is not a problem at all.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 nites. One of the room was filthy with smelly air. The other room was same and the AC was not working for 2 days. We called for repair they told us to move out 4:00 the morning . No mechanic cane till next morning terrible service. The hotel is dated and service was horrible. We paid for 2 rooms 5 nites. What a waste of money. We will contact our credit card and Nikko HA to file the complaints..

Situated not too far away from the city, Nikko offers comfortable and clean rooms and the morning buffet breakfast spread excites both the young and old.
Hotel staff are courteous. Had a pleasant 3-night stay with family.

Staffs are very tentative and knowledgeable.

Very nice hotel with very clean, well maintained interior. Even cleaning staff speaks good English catering for foreigner like us. The 3 restaurants are all better than average. Saigon is very affordable city and for the price we paid (about US$110 per night) it was well worth the money. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed staying at the Nikko Saigon as the place is clean, has good service, and has excellent food choices.

Japanese efficiency and courtesy collide with worn out property. The best part of this hotel is wonderful employees....ALL including their super star Tony Pham Concierge. The hotel is physically worn down, AC in rooms is questionable depending on the room you get. Team and F&B are great.

I would suggest this hotel to others
