good but the property was horrible. The swimming pool was always dirty, the sound of the train so often didn’t let us sleep, and early in the morning the music too loud. Very confusing driving in and out of the hotel. Horrible location.

Not walkable into town area but easy access to beach. Very close to train tracks so frequent whistle of trains. Recommend ear plugs. Otherwise, a budget friendly pleasant place to stay. Manager Adolpho went out of his way to be helpful.

I left a day early because everything was so bad. I don’t know how to even contact Expedia about this. Terrible hotel. No towels, the shower trickled in and was clogged at the bottom. Dirty hallways. No elevators

Property looked great. Bed was stiff as the floor. Air conditioning condensation flooded our tile floor by morning. Had 2 stained towels.

Good Mexican style hotel. Right at a public beach so not the cleanest beach area. But the room was clean and comfortable. They were able to accommodate my handicapped mother and our dog so we appreciated that, greatly. Ample parking and right next to a convenient store. About a 20 min drive to more tourist friendly areas but for the money it was a great place for us. But then again we have lived in Mexico for a number of years.

Terrible customer service. I was there at 245 and it took them almost 2 hours to check me in. Apparently they don't block your room and the cleaning lady does not pick up to tell the receptionist what rooms are available which cause everyone to be disturbed. Only one computer is available so the manager only answers calls and the other lady next to the receptionist just staples your paper work. Would not stay here again. Location was terrible as well.

The beach is great! Other than that it’s just ok. Hard bed, only two towels, weird stain on lampshade, paper thin walls. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were very dirty. The hallways wet and Sandy. They should be swept and mopped. Breakfast was dried up eggs. Old from sitting in the heating pan too long.

It's the only hotel not in hotel zone. It is close to downtown and you are not on the ocean. Your view is the ships docking in. Not a good location. Definitely not adults only like you have advertised. The pool too small with more children. I am sure it was filmy due to kids peeing All the time. I do not recommend this place. No free coffee and no micro or small refrigerator.

It's not on a good side of town, not good service, the swimming pool is very small, the room they gave us had 3 doors, (front, back and on the side to another room) , it just didn't feel secure for us to stay there. The shower Not in good shape either, it supposed to be all electronic but the bottoms were all distroyed, air conditioning didn't work, so my husband and I decided not to stay, and looked for another hotel. Afterwards We were told that this place is for people that works here at the sea or on construction in this area, not for people vacationing!!

Hotel is located on a filthy beach, horrible part of town. Breakfast was discusting. Scrambled eggs were leftover from day before. Only one cup of coffee allowed at breakfast and they would not toast the bread.

There was no hot water in the morning to take a shower. I ran the water for 10 minutes but no hot water. There should be a hand towel by the sink to dry your hands.

I spent five nights in the hotel. The staff was nice and competent. The hotel is at 10' walking from the center. The breakfast was ok, mexican style but with no choices. The hotel have a nice pool and a good free wifi.
