I always stay at The Keep on my trips to Yeovil. Great communication, clean rooms, easy check in/out, and a friendly team.

Our stay here was on eof the best hotel experiences ive ever had. The keep manager went above and beyond for us. And i would 100% recommend staying here. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you.

Easy contactless check in, room was spacious and modern including both a fridge and microwave. Parking is limited with a tight entrance.

Very nicely kept, clean and well positioned to access the regenerated part of town for good eateries and convenience shopping.

Great stay, in city location made it a touch noisy with pub opposite.

Clean, comfortable room, lacked ventilation though as one of the windows wouldnt say open.
Not the nicest town centre, but a good base.

Crazy night of seagulls… so loud. Not the hotels fault, of course.

The hotel should really pride itself with how clean the hotel is. It’s not often these days hotels smell clean and look clean throughout.
We had a great 2 night stay.
The only downside is the small car park, not many spaces.
We were woken up at 6:45 am to move our car which wasn’t ideal after a heavy wedding on a Sunday morning.

Lovely room and friendly host. Option for breakfast and there is also a utility room for guests to use. Good value.

We were catching up with friends and family in Yeovil.
We hadn't been to Yeovil for about 10 years and didn't recognise the town. Lots of renovation going on which will make it more modern. Even the weather was good .We wont leave it that long next time .

Could not fault the spacious room, bed, coffee making facilities, cleanliness or the en suite. Only issue was the ignorant group of foreigners shouting, laughing and up & down the stairs till gone 02:10 in the morning.

I must say the size of our suite was impressive. What was more impressive was the cleanliness of the room. Our super king size bed had a supremely comfortable mattress, the room came with a small kitchenette area which we didn't use and plenty of tea and coffee etc and the muffins were a bonus.
The bathroom was large and spotless with a great walk-in shower. Towels were fluffy and soft.
Sleep quality brilliant and we would recommend this property

Location poor and not the best area for a single female. Should have researched location better. Clean room. But very tired decor.

Fabulous room. Very spacious and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for a room on Main Street for a Friday night.

Our second year staying for a night at the keep. Beautiful rooms and great communication before arrival. Didn’t manage to have breakfast as we left early for a competition but looked to cater well. Thanks so much! See you next year!

Hotel was nice, a room in the annex, no view as frosted glass overlooked an alleyway. The room was clean, practical and large. They provided water and a fridge in the room, with coffee/tea making facilities.
My only bone of contention was the parking. It was not a problem once we got in but one bay was reserved for a foreign driver who parked awkwardly which meant getting into the car park was a challenge. There was no-one on reception as it operates a self check in, it’s good but when something like the car park challenge they would have been able to contact the owner of the vehicle.
Other than this, it’s right near the town centre, opposite another pub etc. breakfasts were expensive though, at £15 a pop when town centre offers alternatives, or even whetherspoons at £4.45, worth the 15 min walk. I would stay again, it was private and clean.

A fresh room with all amenities and more. In the centre of town, but quiet. Would certainly stay again.

I can't fault this hotel room, so relaxing great set up, nice and clean and very warm when it was -4 outside. plenty of parking, next to town centre, easy to find.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable but was overlooking a through road in the town centre and there was traffic noise very early in the morning. Everything else was fine.

Great hotel. Room was excellent, comfortable and clean. Very spacious and modern. There were no staff so it was self check in and out but this was easy to do. Great location in the center of town.

The hotel and location is superb. Ideal for the places we wanted to visit
We used the hotel restaurant round the corner for our meals in the evening and felt very safe.
I would recommend this hotel all day long

We spent 1 night at The Keep. Staff really helpful and pleasant. The location is in the centre close to shops and restaurants.
This hotel is nice with a well equipped room (fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, plates & cutlery) but personally i wouldnt call it boutique. The carpark is very small and this results in parking across the road in a public carpark which is chargeable. The breakfast is good, a buffet of pastries, cereals & fruits. The english breakfast isnt served individually only eggs and everything else is precooked and left in a heated dome. Not sure why the breakfast isnt prepared on ordering as this is fresher and saves on waste.
The rooms face onto the road and the windows are not double glazed so the noise from.traffic and passers by is a bit too noisy late at night.
Overall a pleasant stay in Yeovil.

Excellent en-suite room with plenty of space. Large sofa, fridge, micro-wave. Crockery and cutlery for eating in if required.
Very close to centre of town yet quiet location.
Recommended.

I’d stay here again without question. It’s very quiet, well-kept and the rooms are a good size to allow you to not live out of a suitcase
