Staff were great on checking and all other times we interacted. Room clean and tidy and food was much improved and really nice, credit to Hotel Elizabeth, right up there.

The attentiveness of the service staff was great. The spaciousness of the room and it's layout were very good. The loop into the hotel made ride pickup and drop off very easy. The breakfast was amazing(at least for my stay). I didn't add it during my booking but purchased morning of and was glad i did. A walk to Ayala Terraces and many nearby eateries. This may become my staple when visiting.

Four days stay at the hotel. They made us comfortable when we faced an urgent situation. I will go back to them when I visit Cebu later days.

I have stayed at this property many times over the last seven years and found the staff to be excellent. The hotel is rather aged, but they do their best to keep it looking as good as possible. Breakfast on some days is superb and other days, often lacking of food selection, and often times they do not refill in a timely fashion. I am surprised that they can have anywhere from 30 to 150 people, dining for breakfast, and yet they have one small toaster that can handle two pieces of bread. The restaurant staff is very pleasant and efficient and keep the area very clean. I keep coming back because it's the kind of hotel that can make you feel at home. One of the best highlights is the Ayala Center Mall is just a three minute walk and a very large metro grocery store that has absolutely everything at your fingertips. Sometimes breakfast is included in the room charge and other times it is not depending on who you book with and what rate you can find online on third-party websites. But the cost of the breakfast is very reasonable. Should you have to pay and very young children are often charge only once for two children. The location is very centralized and convenient. Are they 24 hour 7-Eleven store just a three minute walk away? The biggest highlight is the front desk, staff and supervisors as they are fast and efficient and pleasant and helpful as can be. The hotel is very safe are they doorman 24 hours a day and the porters are efficient and pleasant.

We have been to 3 other hotels including Waterfront lahug. But we LOVED Hotel Elizabeth the most!!!! We loved the big rooms, and its convenience to Ayala mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The staff and guest service was amazing. This made up for the dated-ness of the furniture and the room. Unfortunately, we experience tiny cockroaches that came out of the bathroom drain. Hence the lower score on cleanliness. We weren't too freaked out but other guest in the future may well be. We would definitely still recommend this hotel to family and friends staying in Cebu City.

Stayed many times, this time room was poor ish, beds, 3 singles left us with backaches, bathroom needs maintenance like lose toilet seat. Good though, staff nice as.

I stayed one night and asked to cancel the rest of my stay because a super typhoon was approaching and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel said it was ok to that I needed to contact hotels.com for refund.I called Hotels.com and they said they would provide a refund after speaking with the Elizabeth hotel. I left the country thinking everything was taking care of but now I received a email saying the refund couldn’t happen because they could reach the hotel. So now I am in a endless email chain and calling daily to figure out why this is happening. Very unprofessional and not putting customers safety first over profit.

I booked this hotel for my parents - they found it neat and clean, had good a/c, and exceptional customer service. They had issues with the bathroom sink not draining, and the hotel staff were there almost immediately to assist. The hotel is within walking distance from Ayala Center, a major Cebu mall and the location is convenient. 10/10, would recommend.

The hotel is very well maintained. Cleanliness and amenities are excellent. However, there are rooms for improvement given that this is a relatively old hotel. for examples, the lightings in the rooms are dark, some corners in the bathrooms need to be re-painted or remodeled, some towels are wearing out. The hotel has a restaurant which provides excellent services and food too. In overall, hotel staffs including the receptions are very friendly and helpful. I will most likely come back to stay here if their rate remains competitive.

Really awful room and hallway smell caused me to have runny nose and cough for days after our stay. The staff were nice and accommodating and moved us to a different room but the room still had a bad smell. I would not stay here again.

Everyone was so accommodating! From the wait staff in the hotel café, to the front desk and housekeeping! Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay! Prime location too as it was in the business district of the city so shopping and dining were a stone’s throw away. Will definitely book this hotel again on future trips!

Very clean updated hotel close to ayala ma. Very economical and definitely worth the price. Nice bathroom with hot water. Air conditioned takes a while to work but it does work and has a small fridge. Beds are the same as every other filipino hotel. Gym. I did not try breakfast

The checkin process was alright. They required ID’s for all guests. The elevator was secured because only guests with a keycard could use it. The room was too dim for me, I was looking for another light source because I felt there was not enough light in the room. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.

There were cockroaches in the room. Towels that were supposed to be white looked gray and dirty. Food at the cafe does not seem to match the description and did not taste appealing.

Always a pleasure staying at Elizabeth hotel. Rooms is huge and big comfy beds. Only few steps to Ayala mall and the staff were courteous enough to grant our request for late check out. The only downside was the strong smell from the carpet floor.

I love the genuine smiles and helpfulness of the staff, especially the dining area employees. If there’s one thing, the hotel needs to upgrade their towels as they appear old and overused. Otherwise, it was a great 2-week stay.

Very nice hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds. Just a few steps to Ayala mall. The only downside was that we’ve arrived at 16:30 and the room were not ready for occupancy so we had to wait at their cafeteria until the room were ready.

Hotel has potential to get 3 or even 4 stars with improvements. Pros: 1.Location - Best neighborhood to stay for convenience (Ayala, ATMs, food, laundry) in Cebu City. 2. Good size room with king size bed and lots of seating in room Cons: 1. Room had roaches (bugs), mostly in the bathroom. Maybe because of un-patched crack near power outlet. 2. WiFi was spotty and slow when it finally worked. 3. Front desk didn't have change. Most hotels do. 4. House keeping entered our room in the morning, even though do not disturb was on the door. Very upsetting. 5. In room phone didn't work, had them fix once but stopped working again. 6. TVs are small. Should be upgraded at least to 40 inch 7. Only 4 hangers in closet, no iron or ironing board 8. Some towels and sheets had stains 9. Gym had 2 machines (treadmill and bike) that were not functional. Bathroom in gym didn't have toilet paper, soap, water or towels 10. Room could use a dresser for storage
