Cleanliness is good but condition of washbasin and wc is bad . Bedding not clean at all. My quilt cover had stains which showed it wasnt changed after guests left.Staff is good and checkin and checkout was smooth .

I booked the stay using hotels.com for an overnight 8hr stay before taking a flight. On arrival at eh hotel, check in staff told me that time out of my two room booking was cancelled, no reasons given, no prior email intimation, just out of the blue. On showing the confirmation email, he started discussing with his manager and said he will need to arrange another room and the hotel was full. Somehow managed to arrange another room, but took quite some time. Then he told me that one of the room has adult and 15 year old, but the 15 year old should have been booked as adult. I informed him that I have given the correct ages to hotels.com and the child was specified by hotels.com. He said there is no way he can fix this and I will need to pay more as 2 adult occupancy is more expensive. I agreed to do so as it was a lot of lost time standing at the counter at 1am already! Once I reached the room, the duvet covers were dirty. Quite clearly not changed since the previous occupant left and were quite dirty. Had to call housekeeping multiple times to get these changed. Overall, very poor reservation management and housekeeping. The room needed a refurb, curtains were half off the rails, cleanliness wasn't up to the mark. Didn't expect this from an international chain hotel.

room was ok, nothing special and nothing extremely bad. Smelly corridor especially at the corner when you get out of the elevator on level 1. The shower inundated the rest of the bathroom. Overall, it’s an ok hotel in terms of conditions and comfort but definitely definitely definitely it does not worth the price.

Nice looking hotel downstairs in the foyer and restaurant. The rooms and hallways in the hotel are a little tired though. Can hear people easily in the hallway. Very safe. Only stayed one night and it was fine for the cost and location.

This hotel was a big disappointment - I had expected more of an IBIS hotel. The lobby looks great but when you get into the corridors and rooms, you realise how tired and shabby it is. Plus there is a reason why the bathrooms are not photographed for the listing - they are like little plastic cubicles. The rooms are furnished with cheap fittings and the carpets in the corridors are disgusting. We ordered a pizza via room service and I can honestly say it was the most expensive pizza in India and by a mile, the worst - no care had been taken to make it and it didn't taste of much. The only good thing about the hotel was its proximity to the food market round the corner where we could get a decent pizza for a lot less money. Breakfast was decent, to be fair. I would not stay here again.

The fact that the Hotel is in Aerocity serves the purpose of quick movement to the airport. The check-in was poor, the receptionist was grumpy and unwelcoming. Check out was efficient and pleasant.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the staff's lack of cooperation was evident. The room itself was another major disappointment. It was much smaller than I anticipated, barely allowing enough space to move around. Additionally, the bathroom was tiny, which made it challenging to use comfortably. I wouldn’t plan on staying here in the future.

Excellent stay, really nice hotel for the reasonable price paid. Excellent shower, A/C, beds & bedding, toiletries, breakfast had lots of variety and was fabulous. Great location less than 500 meters to the Aerocity metro where you can get anywhere around the city very cheaply, the pool was fabulous although little shade during extreme temperatures, the pool swimming instructor (Sakshi Mondal) was fabulous and very attentive to anyone’s needs. highly recommended…

No probs with the hotel except the pool attendant is rather militant. He didn't want to admit me in the pool at 750 pm and also claimed I didn't have the correct attire. In the morning was also rather rude telling me to sign the pool form when all I was doing was clarifying where exactly to sign. Room didn't have a fridge and had about 5 power interruptions during the night. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Good selection at breakfast for India.
