Not so good found a dead cockroach in the closet area and a dirty pair of mens underwear by the window curtains. Not the cleanest place. Although the front desk people were nice. This does not excuse the dirty areas of the hotel. For the how expensive it was for 3 nights I could of stayed at an airbnb.

Getting a little worn out; to stay a top-echelon hotel they need to attend to things like the rusting bath door sill, molding bath ceiling, worn carpet in the halls...we love the cinnamon rolls but had to wait for their appearance at breakfast, not long, but we were on a tight schedule.

The property totally surprised us with its fantastic courtyard and pool(lazy river) that truly becomes itself after dark! Bettina (the Ops Manager) is an incredible operator, and really wants the best for her staff and her guests!

The agents at the front desk provided a warm greeting as if they were excited to see us. Our room was ready and everything we needed was already in our room. The room was clean and the pool Is amazing.The lifeguard was super friendly!

We were greeted by the friendly front staff and helpful Nice pool area. The room had no so comfy mattresses. There was not even a single bottle of water in the fridge. Most hotels have that and a little chocolate or treat with a welcoming message. This hotel had none of that and sold water expensive down at the desk. So went down to the local HEB for water to drink and for coffee. The bathroom had grab handles in the tub, but oddly no hooks to hang your clothes.Breakfast was good, however you could smell the cooking as soon as you stepped out of them elevator at the bottom floor. They offered the cheapest flimsiest knife fork spoon kits. Instead of something more solid. The hotel shows signs of wear and tear and is over priced at $ 262 a night. You can get equivalent hotels in Fredericksburg for almost $ 100 less per night and that is exactly what we are going to do when we come back for October fest this year.

BACON! They served bacon on the weekend. The staff was friendly and the pool was the best in Fredericksburg. In my opinion, it was the last hotel that was in walking distance. This was a great perk because parking was sparse on Main Street and I didn’t want to drink and drive. Free cookies in the lobby and free breakfast. Spacious rooms that were equipped with mini fridge and microwave which was very convenient.

For the price I expected this property to be more updated. Also pictures are deceiving. We booked a 2 queen room. Online pictures showed 2 queens and a sofa bed. We only had 2 queens, no sofa. Walls were dirty. Pool needed to be skimmed. One of the slides didn’t work. And it took the AC a while to cool the room to 68. I will say beds were comfortable & breakfast was good. Breakfast attendant was very sweet!

This is walkable into downtown. Good location and a nice pool. Room with balcony is great. Room is very clean and nice. Welcome staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The pool needs to be cleaner. Some parts of rhe pool need to be repaired.

Not sure I would stay here again. The water pressure was so weak that I had to use a wash cloth to get the soap OFF of my body. No telling if shampoo or conditioner could be rinsed from my hair - so I just avoided that. On the plus side, there was a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room.

It was a great stay. Very clean and the breakfast was better than most hotels. It was not a far walk to Main Street but after the first night walking we decided to drive because there is parking much closer. I am not in great shape so the walk was just a bit much for me. I would definitely stay here again! The pool was very nice but a bit to cold this time of year for me. Kids would love it. Very quite and nice.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and very clean, the king bed was just right for me a little firm but also cushy and very comfortable. We would certainly recommend this hotel.
