So this property looks like it’s been through some stuff during Covid. Half of the property seems to be falling apart. The room we were in was fairly beaten down. Bathroom was in shambles with shattered tiles, ash and mould everywhere in the bathroom.
The worst part was that they overbooked us and said our reservation could not be accommodated. They ended up finding “1 room’ for 4 of us to share instead of our 2 rooms reserved. We couldn’t do anything but to accept the room.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

Yikes. We showed up here for our reservation, and after standing around for several minutes, we were finally greeted by a hotel staff member, who informed us that we could either have a room with double beds now or wait an hour for the queen bed we had booked. Given that we were tired and hot, we decided to just take the room available. We were walked across the property, past a tiny pool with a cast of skeevy characters gathered around it, to a ramshackle hut that was technically on the beach. We stepped inside and honestly had to laugh - it's no more than a shack, with 2 small, uncomfortable beds inside, a shelf, and a safe that looked as if it could be picked up and walked away with. The "bathroom" was no more than a hot cement room with a toilet in one corner and a shower head over a drain in the other. We stayed just long enough to log on our phones and find accommodation elsewhere. When we went to check out, about 30 minutes after arriving, the front desk woman didn't seem at all surprised, so I get the feeling this has happened before.
In short - if you're a young backpacker looking for an extremely budget-friendly option for one night, I guess this would suffice (though there are probably hostels nearby with equal rates and nicer accommodations). If you're anyone else...skip it.

Stayed here for 2nights for the full moon party. Basic room, we had a fan room which was okay obviously if you can get air con do so! 2 pools to relax by one nicer than the other and the resort is basically on the beach as well. Small supermarket and street food close by also a nice cafe for breakfast! Also had regular shuttles to Haad Rin for full moon party for 100Bht each. Would recommend as a short stop over. Think it’s actually called ‘Relax beach resort’ now.

This place was terrible. Walked in with giant spider on the floor, filthy sheets, couldn’t lock door from the inside. I live in a tent half the year and I’m not picky but this place was disgusting we walked in and walked out to find another room. Everyone was disappointed who we talked to

We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. At the time of check in they have given only 2 rooms. Late in night they have given one more room. But we never get the 4th room. Lastly they refund the amount upon very arguing that to not full amount of 4th room for 2 nights. When we check in the rooms water qas not available in bathroom . It started after 2 hrs. The only thing nice was the location of the resort. Right on the beach. Cheap price sometimes costs more..

we booked this hotel as it was showing on the map close to the pier because we were to catch the 7.20am ferry however the hotel isnt where it is shown on the booking website its actually over 2km up the road where we were charged not only to stay as it was a last minute booking but also we had to pay for a taxi in the morning which was overpriced.. just goes to show booking in advance isnt always better if the hotel isnt where its shown on the address

Resort on seafront, however, staff is a little bit rude, WiFi works at reception only. It is worth for the price, the cheapest on its neighbourhood.

It was full moon party so it was busy everywhere. The stuff didnt want to give us(2) the room, they were overly booked. We didnt get the room we booked, we stayed for 3 nights in a bungalow with private bathroom. It was ok to just sleep and spend the rest of the day visiting the island. They had a restaurant which took ages to serve what we ordered. It was like 15 min walking from thong sala harbour.

After a very long flight, 3 planes & a ferry to get here all I wanted to do is to have the most peaceful place & comfortable bed to sleep on. When we arrived at the reception area, we were greeted with the receptionist but then a warm friendly guy came & showed me the room Ive already paid but then showed me another room which was in-front of the beach which was so much nicer & just perfect for me. The room was spacious, clean, huge comfortable bed, fridge, TV & yepeeeey HOT water. We slept very well on our first night. We went for a meal in the beach bar/restaurant , the food was delicious & the staff were friendly.

Only positive about this hotel is the location on the beach. Rooms were run down, NO hot water, terrible water pressure made it difficult to shower and massive cockroaches were a few of the hotels pitfalls. I didnt use the two pools but they seemed clean and decent. Restaurant food was pretty good but service was terrible. Wifi in public areas was okay. My advice is to only stay here if your budget doesnt allow you for another hotel.

The Resort is terrible. Rooms look like the furniture was taken from another hotel and used there for 20 years. Breakfast buffe is only when they fill like making buffe otherwise is a a la cart with no water and if you ask for more toast they will try to charge you.
Honesty don't book this place!

Somehow booked this place as part of a very long SE Asia trip then a week before arriving noticed the poor reviews... Not sure why we ever booked it, ended up staying at Phangan Island View which was great albeit it a bit more expensive.
