This is an old hotel that is somewhat worn - however we were already aware of that when wee booked. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Wifi works fine. The breakfast is excellent !! If you can do with a hotel where you do not expect anything fancy - then this place is great value for money ! It is also rather close to the city center - about a 2 km walk.

Terrible quality of the rooms. We had two double rooms and there was a smell in the rooms which probably came from the carpet, also in the hall way did it smell. Everything was torn and in bad condition. The guy in the reception didn't know a word english and was not really friendly in his welcoming. Will NOT stay here again and will not recommend anyone to do so until they have spent some money on fixing the hotel and replaced some staff.

Neat and clean hotel approx. 2,3kms from city center. Bus stop just next to the hotel. Car parking (maybe 10 places) free of charge. Silent rooms, good breakfast. This was not my first visit in this hotel. I have been there several times during last 2-3 years. Recommend for business travelers and tourists as well.

Nice, quiet hotel 2-3 minutes by car from motorway A1/Exit Lübeck-Zentrum. The old town reachable in 15-20 minutes by walk. Free car parking. Good choice also for longer stays in Lübeck and surround.

With the unprecedented high 80&90+ temps, we've been sweltering at night at places that have NO air conditioning available. This place was another -- if it weren't for the kind desk person who provided us with the ONLY fan available in the hotel we would not have been able to sleep at all. It was a 1 night stay as we were traveling back to Denmark for our flight back home to USA. The staff was friendly & helpful, in general. The breakfast was good, and the evening meal was enjoyable.

The Receptionist photocopied another Guests booking in details then used tippex to hide their details so I could enter mine. It wasnt a quick process! The first Waitress was quite miserable and did not have a good attitude. The second Waitress was brilliant. You can guess who got the tip.
