Amazed

Stayed here before and again, we were not disappointed. Even though there was a party, a wedding and a lot of football training, the hotel didn’t feel too busy. Food was lovely albeit the restaurant was a little slow in service.

What an interesting place to stay! You’re absolutely surrounded by football - it feels like you’ve snuck behind the scenes (in a good way!)
Only slight gripe I would have is room didn’t quite match the standard of the rest of the hotel - it’s quite compact for a family. But was fine for one night.
Staff in the restaurant and the health club were all so friendly and helpful.
Well worth a stay, especially if you like football!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and spa facilities good . The England teams (men’s under 21 and para teams) were there. Loved the way that the players, football staff and guests shared the same foyer spaces and there was no separation. We came for my daughter’s 17th birthday and it was a lovely surprise for her when we entered the room to find a helium balloon, box of chocolates and a cheesecake dessert with Happy Birthday in chocolate surrounding it - it really made her feel special. It’s a shame the football tours were no longer running, would be great if you could bring those back

We were away for my son's birthday.
We were upgraded to a king junior suite and the room was excellent!
As it was my son's birthday they made up a birthday plate and also a balloon in the room, which was a nice suprise.
Unfortunately no England players were around during our stay but we had a lovely time.
Breakfast was also very nice too.

All good. Very sporty

Beautiful grounds, a fantastic check in and we were given the option to upgrade, which we did. Well worth it. Terrific value, great room, excellent breakfast. All staff members brilliant.

Excellent stay, warm welcome by all staff. Beautiful location. Highly recommend.

We could not find fault with our overnight stay. Set in beautiful location which made it peaceful place to stay. Everything was clean, well looked after and in a safe environment.
Food and staff were excellent.
Would go again.

A very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent grounds. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was ok but we waited 2 hours for our meal and it was quite expensive. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of good quality food but again, it was really busy and we had to eat in the bar.
Pool facilities are good but limited to 1 hour slots.

Amazing hotel. Would definitely recommend, I want to go back

Great hotel for football loving son. Usage of nearby continental pitch and loan of a ball. Excellent location
4.4
Lovely hotel with very welcoming and accommodating staff. Building and grounds are perfect for the football fans. We went for my son’s birthday and he had a great time in the pool and looking at the football training pitches. The staff were amazing for including a surprise cake plate and helium balloon in the room and discuss the past times of the players when they stay

Location is amazing, the hotel is fantastic, the service was lovely especially the gentleman at breakfast and the breakfast staff.
The bed was really uncomfortable and the pull out bed for our daughter was ever worse.
Hotels.com communication with the hotel was poor we booked breakfast but it wasn’t on the booking on their system so I had to prove it with our booking confirmation.
There was some rubbish from previous guest in our bathroom.
Pillows and sheets were lovely.
I would say moderately overpriced for the room, breakfast was worth every penny!!

Superb location to stay after visiting the NEC. Definitely worth visiting for anyone with more than a passing interest in football. Grand entrance hall and communal areas. Good health club and 17 meter pool. Sauna and steam room could be used by children aged 7 years and over with adults. Ice scrub and ice cold shower is also fun. Good quality and variety of food both at breakfast, and dinner.
4.4
Excellent stay, staff were all very friendly, pool is great and the kids had a great time, although it's probably more set up for working trips than a family break but we've stayed as a family twice now and enjoyed the break. The birthday platter for our son's birthday was a nice touch.

Booked as a treat for a friend very disappointed. This is not a spa the oool was full ..as its ooen to the public both sauna and Steam roo.s were also full so diudnt see the benefit of me booking overnight as ..we didnt use facilities..far to many people in pool area .

Great place to stay for a family. Lovely hotel with touches that make it feel really special. Also, amazing breakfast!
4.4
Very disappointed with mine and my sons stay at the Hilton. The beds both kept moving and moving noises as they weren’t secure. Could hear other guests while we were trying to get to sleep. Sound proofing not great. I called 4 times just to get a glass of milk. Wouldn’t stay here again
4.4
Gorgeous hotel but was disappointed to be told we needed to book a slot for the pool. When we did use the pool it was empty.
4.4
No water in room.
Milk in room didn’t get replenished on the second day.
Incorrect advice given by staff regarding pool access times for kids.
Service in bar poor, had to clean my own plates and was given knifes with no forks!
Also, Alarm clock in room was set for 6am so woke myself and my son up when we had arrived late the evening before.
4.4
A special thank you to Tom the barman who looked after my son and I as we nervously awaited my wedding day. Great job Tom. You really helped us relax.
4.4
A quiet, clean, lovely hotel in a good location for festivals at Carton Park. The bar is fabulous and breakfast was great too.
4.4
Superb facilities, friendly staff and lovely environment. Only down side was some of the cleaning, especially when moving the chair in the room the cushion fell off and so did a lot of crumbs/dirt and tissue.
Good nights sleep and breakfast was lovely with a good amount of choice.
4.4
Great hotel, brilliant if anyone is into football. Friendly staff, lovely food, brilliant pool. Couldn’t fault it!
4.4
Very comfortable and clean

I was allocated (without being informed at check in) an accessible room. Would have been fine but was woken at 2am with an orange flashing light outside my bathroom. Not sure what made it turn on but runined my sleep and was unable to get back to sleep. I had the Riggatoni for dinner - was obviously pre-cooked and totally bland. Chicken burger at lunch was nice.
4.4
Great Hotel, helpful staff.
4.4
Great hotel and amazing you can walk around the entire complex taking in where the England teams train.
4.4
Amazing hotel experience just could do with a more comfy bed! Health spa was awesome as was restaurant
4.4
Great hotel, beautiful grounds, really nice room, very clean, friendly staff.
Fascinating to see the facilities that England team use and the memorabilia around the place.
The man working in the spa was really helpful and gave us some good advice.
4.4
For the extortionate price it wasn’t worth the visit. We were aware of the football tournament taking place and expected it to be busy but we were not informed of the decorating being done in the hotel. We were not informed the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner and had to ‘do’ with a below average buffet in the convention room. Breakfast, when we eventually got a table in all the chaos was the best part of the stay. Hot, delicious and plenty of it. Small rooms for the price, comfy beds. Overall not a relaxing experience.
4.4
The service from the staff at this hotel is really second to none.
4.4
Lovely, relaxing stay, very peaceful hotel with good service. Pool slots needed to be booked which meant that it was not over crowded, would just recommend booking any slots when you check in.
