We were there for a funeral, not knowing there was a Luke Combs concert in town. The prices were inflated, (twice the regular price) because of the concert. The room smelled like dirty socks, and there was a large hole in the carpet. Housekeeping barged into the room, after I responded to their knock, telling them to come back later. I was in a towel, and it was a male housekeeping staff member. The breakfast buffet was lacking in healthy options. No fruit or yogurt. Not a great experience.

My family and I enjoyed most of the property during our stay. However, the front desk staff members seemed to have idle time. They also can be friendly and welcoming to all guests.

Chose hotel for pool and it was closed. Requested discount to still stay and use sister pool across street but didn’t get anything.

Our stay here is always excellent and this visit was no different. The only negative this time is that the hot tub was not working.

The room we had was nice however I would recommend adding a nonslick surface to the shower.

Overall stay was pretty good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was a plus. Only issue was the pool and the strong chlorine smell. We went down twice first time it wasnt as bad but the pool definitely could of used a wipe down of the floor, but the second time the smell was so bad it burned my eyes. Other the the bed being not so comfortable as it was very firm it was great.

The people who work there were super friendly and willing to go out of their way to help me.

Overall great spot to lay our heads. Semi disappointed that the hot tub was down as it was needed after a long drive and the shower was a concern. No hot water or water pressure. Hotel appeared to be updated and breakfast was fine.

Almost everything was great at this property. The only, somewhat negative comment I have is, too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and we experienced this issue the first time as well. The fumes caused our eyes to burn slightly, and my grandchildren experienced some coughing.

Room was comfortable, staff was kind and the breakfast was okay. The only concern I had was that everything in terms of plates, cups and utensils at breakfast was consumable making for a lot of waste.

Hampton Inns have been consistently good no matter which location I've been in. Clean, comfortable beds, and good breakfast.

This hotel is convenient to I95, shopping and area restaurants. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I will stay at this Hampton Inn again on my next trip to Bangor.

Hampton Inn for the win again!!! This is an incredibly nice hotel! The beds are super comfy with white sheets, clean and bug free and the pillows are fluffy but firm enough to hold my head, thank goodness! The room they put us in is HUGE! The bathroom is huge and nice and it's so clean! This entire place is clean. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. They made chocolate chip cookies for the guests tonight. Edit - Check out this morning was easy, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. I do wish they had just plain scrambled eggs instead of omelets, but that's a very minor thing. They could have had fresher bananas, but that may have been beyond their control. I would also maybe keep the yogurt colder...mine was warm and warm yogurt is not very good lol but those things still are all very minor things for such a great, clean hotel with nice people.

We stay Hampton Inn in many places but this has the one of the highest pets fee ($75) per stay. We wish we could see the charge when we made a reservation on line so there’s no surprise at the day of the check inn. Or we also could have stayed in different hotel, too if we knew. Since we only stayed one day, it became an expensive deal and made us unhappy. There’s no shampoo refilled in the large bottle in the bathroom when we took a shower. The coffee maker was awful, the water kept spilling out as it drips and made a paddle on the tray.

Our stay was welcoming and comfortable. Hampton staff are very accommodating and rooms are spacious. Had everything we needed for a overnight stay and right next to many stores and restaurants. Actually forgot $20 in atm machine and the wonderful front desk staff checked it out and retrieved it for me. For that alone I would keep going back.
