Old building but amazing service that I booked extra nights. I was with my 4-year-old son. I would book again next time.

One Pacific Place is the first Salcedo Village-area hotel I have stayed at and I am looking forward to coming back here next year. Starting out with a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom suite with mini-kitchen, I already was very happy with the little perks there.
Small parking lot but usually has space and staff is accomodating if all spots are full.
Location is extremely convenient to numerous new restaurants (in particular, Oak&Smoke a block away). If one's feeling more on a budget, McDonald's is two blocks away, and multiple small malls are walking distance (SM Jazz, SMDC Air/Assembly Grounds at The Rise, Ayala North Exchange). Very close to Ayala Avenue too if you're hitting up one of the skyscrapers like RCBC Plaza
View from room was spectacular and probably a highlight of my Makati visit
In-house laundry is a bit more expensive than going to an outside laundry shop, but reasonable and convenient.

The management should do a better job of keeping the hallways clean. Many hallways had been left dirty and it only added to the worn look of the property.
Also, lights need to be installed above the bathroom sink. I have never stayed in any hotel where the lighting was so poor.

I stayed to this place 8 years ago and liked it a lot. Came back this year and I was shocked how this place changed. Room floor is somewhat black and sticky. My kids feet were all black and dirty. I’m going to upload one photo (the feet in the photo was washed 3 times already). The hallway carpet is dirty. One thing that I really liked is that they provide water dispenser for us to refill our water bottle to lessen the amount of plastic. Front desk is asking P1,900 for airport service for a van turned out they don’t have their own service. They just book grab and gave us 2 sedan cars. Communication is also terrible. During airport pick they sent us a sedan knowing I have 3 luggages and 2 kids with me. I booked a van and also paid 1,900. In the front the payment posted is only 1,100 but asked 1,900.
Bidet is nasty and molded. There’s more but too long to say. I aint coming back and not recommending.

Nothing to shout out, it provides the basic but the cleanliness is an issue and the cafe staff/supervisor that serve breakfast needs to improve. Supervisor/Manager spends most of his time talking to someone he knows, not managing the operation. Dirty tables, no re-setup when previous customer left, the staffs were standing at the side. plates and cups slow in replenishment.

this is an amazing bargain -- basically a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bedroom for $60 a night in the heart of Makati. 3 blocks from some major embassies (Australia, Netherlands). One of the best Hainan chicken restaurants from singapore two blocks away.

1. Stayed for 7 nights. The first night I was woken by a cockroach crawling on my hand. I immediately called front desk and they don’t seem surprised or shock, seems like a regular occurrence. It was very late but they still got housekeeping to spray pesticide around the bed.
2. Morning when bathing saw smaller roaches - I complained and they switch my room from 20th to 31st. After that no more roach sightings.
3. Breakfast was above average serving different mains every day. Bf had eggs, bread, rice, salad, noodles and meat.
4. Gym was well equipped and was a great plus to me.
5. Location was good near the major business area and short distance to Greenbelt via grab.
6. Towels provided was clean, fluffy and thick - this was plus to me.
7. Bed was comfortable, nice soft bed comforter- a plus.
8. AirCon was clean, circulation very good. A plus.
9. Staff courteous and helpful.

On a very walkable area, on the “nice” side of Manila. I’ve even got an early checkin and free upgrade, so what else can I ask for? Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The checkout process could be improved as with most hotels in Philippines they will have to inspect the room before you are allowed to leave. So bare in mind that before running late to the airport

Ang hindi ko lang nagustohan is, the staff can enter the room kahit tulog ka. Hot and cold water sa CR is not functional. At lastly, ngbook ako online. Wala naka indicate doon na wla pala free breakfast. So pagdating ko sa hotel, tsaka ko lang nalaman.

Property stinky, same with room there’s a bad smell. Property dated. Hope admin would upgrade AC and make sure it smells good. Carpet in hallways should be removed as it is old

I don’t recommend staying at this property. Rooms are not sound proof, it’s very noisy even on high floors. They gave us a room with a twin bed instead of a queen bed (which we booked) and told us the hotel was full. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Manila and around the world, so far this has been the worst experience!

i waited for the check in time as they said they don’t have rooms available. i was given welcome drinks voucher and decided to check in at later time. i understand that rooms are not guaranteed your requested room but i signed in earlier expecting the room category that i specified would be given to me since they don’t want to check me in at earlier time. The room they have is not that spacious. good for one would be only be good for one person. I tried to ask for 2 separate bed since i’am more comfortable with that but they said i have to pay extra. so meh! it was just an over night but i don’t think i’d go back maybe i’d look for another hotel
