Stay was awesome, front desk and people who answers the phone need to be on same page telling me one price charging me different. Then tell me i wont get a reciept for my third night but ended up right at the end with a reciept. Fustrating! She didnt understand what i was explaining.

Feom check in to check out, the staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was filling and delicious each day. The hotel was within 10 minutes of our destination, and rather quiet!

Leaving to head back to Idaho, this was a great place, getting a headstart on getting out of Denver. Very clean, very good and varied options for breakfast, pool, good bed. Really liked the suite for the 5 of us. Close to places fir dinner.

When I entered the property to check in, the front desk clerk was unprofessional, rude, and had little knowledge of her job. When I asked questions, she advised me that information was in the room. This was not so. There was no information on my room at all. The pool area is unsafe. It needs slip strips to avoid falls. My room key only worked half the time. The parking lot does not accommodate all the guests. Way too expensive for the experience I received.

This property is in the middle of a remodel and we stayed in a newly renovated room. It was spacious, clean, and had an abundant amount of plugs for electronic devices. The front desk was helpful and kind at check in and my family enjoyed the variety at breakfast.

The remodeled rooms in the hotel are lovely. Clean & simple. The contractors left a lot of grout and scuffs on the countertops, tub, etc so it looks a little dirty but that’s not the hotels fault. The exterior grounds of the hotel could use some cleaning up. It would be lovely if they could add some seating outside. There is one bench next to a trash can. Probably one of the better places we have stayed in the Thornton area. Pet deposit is a little steep at $50/per night.

Site is having renovations and internet was down... could not check and after waiting 30 minutes we were directed to another location to check in. Very tiring after a nine hour drive. I am thankful and glad appreciative that we got a room at another location.

The lady at the front desk was friendly but forgot to give me my room number or activate the cards so it was annoying when she gave me my cards I had to go back to get to find out which room I was in and she hadn’t even activated them. The elevator had busted floors that my companion tripped on. The cleanliness wasn’t what I expected. The water pressure in the shower was definitely too low

I went when they were doing renovations so as someone who works night shift, trying to sleep in the morning there was just too much noise going on for me. I really didn’t get much sleep. My own fault for not asking or thinking about renovations happening.
