Great hotel! Excellent breakfast and nice that the gym is open 24/7. Good service. A bit negative that there is no roofbar/roof top that is accessiable unnless you pay extra (I was quoted $60 USD extra pr person pr night to access the roof lounge/area/restaurants) or are a member. Also when we ordered room service or asked concierge for help it took quite a long time for them to come to the room. One example, We ordred food one time and they forgot the truffle sauce, and didnt come with it after 10 minutes and by then the food was cold. Other then this, this is a 5 star hotel.

Location was fantastic, it’s on the Main Street and a couples steps over to the beach on the other side as long as you can dodge the cars. The interior of the hotel is designed like a 5 star resort, all the decor is up to date and resembles a high end hotel in Vegas/Hawaii. The gym had all new equipment and even had lockers available. Steam room and sauna were available but only after 4pm. The staff is very attentive, from the bell boy to the front desk, you were alway able to find someone to help. The only missing piece is a pickleball court, once the hype spreads to VN, I believe all 5 star resorts will have a couple courts.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. Huy was excellent during check in and check out. Everyone at the club lounge was lovely, as well as all the pool attendants. Service was the real star of the stay!

Poor customer service. Upper management was unresponsive and unwilling to speak with guest regarding customer service issues experience by guest. 2 star service for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the facilities are new and clean. The in-house spa is outstanding. It's in a great location, across the road from the beach and within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants.

What i like about this hotel are the view, the room, the services. And what i dont like is the staff services, they need to traning more how to respond with customer. When I asked a staff about the lounge and facilities from my room, she reply me with a very impolite attitute. I dont know what happened with her but I was very angry about this because im a customer not begging her!!!

I stayed in a “Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Ocean View” which was on the 10the floor. As the room faced the ocean and the main road that ran along the beach, and the windows were not double glazed, you can hear all the traffic and occasionally some music playing outside. Even on the 10th floor, the noise was very noticeable and it didn’t help that drivers in Vietnam like to use their honks. If you need absolute quietness in your sleep, avoid the rooms that face the road/ocean or try to get a room even higher up. What exceeded expectations was the children’s playhouse/daycare with staff to look after to play with the young ones. There were a range of toys, a variety of crafts activities and the little girls could even get their hair braided and small nails painted!

This was my second time staying here. Great hotel in a good location by the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, very comfortable bed and pillows, they even have a pillow menu. Gym is awesome, breakfast is amazing with abundant choices. Staff are very well trained and all are very polite and welcoming. Was a bit disappointed with a dish that I ordered and they immediately acknowledged my feedback and took actions. I felt appreciated and valued. II will come back again.
