Everythings been great nice staff clean rooms parking is good complimentary breakfast is a plus. You do hear traffic but its to be expected giving the location of the hotel I suggest getting a interior room if noise may bothers you

Check-in was quick and easy. Stayed here before over the summer and had no problems. Only one entrance/exit to the property. The elevator is a bit warm but maybe because the sun hits that area for awhile. The room was good for the night! Beds were comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking. The restroom amenities were good, equipped with blow dryer as well. Mini fridge is always nice to have. Free breakfast during certain hours, they also have a small snack section, vending machines, and mini fridge with drinks, microwavable meals. This hotel is close to restaurants, gas stations, casino, and major event venues.

I turned on the heater and all my power in the room went out , they didn’t compensate me for the problem because they were “ sold out “ then offered a “ partial refund “ because i stayed the night .. it was 12 in the morning

We were there for a concert and are not people who enjoy the city, noise, people, crowds, and of course traffic, so we were pleased at how close we were to our venue and how close we were to museums so we had other things to do. Wish there were a restaurant closer (walking distance), and really there is if one of you isn't 75 and has a hard time with distance (a taco shop about a half mile away and a small store). The parking lot was hard to get in to from one direction but easy from the other so if there was a lot of traffic I simply passed and made a uturn so I could go right into the lot. There was always enough parking even when the hotel filled with other elderly concert-goers in Rolling Stones tshirts. The whole property is non-smoking but for those who need a smoke, the parking lot is easy access and is below the rooms so people were stepping downstairs and out on the sidewalk or under the covered parking lots with their various smoking materials. The halls are as quiet and a hotel on a busy intersection can be, everything was clean, our room was cleaned promptly and towels were replaced. Towels are large and fluffy. Mattresses could soon use and upgrade but they are fine. The bedding was soft and clean and comfy.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed is. I think this hotel should be taken out of hotels.com choice list. My family couldn’t sleep at all two nights due to lots and continuous noise from outside. Smells very bad, lots smoking. I would never stay any La Quinta hotels because of this very bad experience.
