Needed some updates. Bugs and bathroom had left over hair in the tub. Holes in ceiling, tube didnt drain well. Over all not that appealing.

We able to check in early which was nice for us because we had a function to attend. The property was clean but obviously on the older side

Beyond dirty. The entire hotel was dirty.
1.5
Building in front of hotel is vacant and dumpy looking making the days inn a horrible perception

We stayed in a room with a king size bed, the mattress was too hard. The bathroom toilet seat did not match the toilet and the toilet was old, stained and too low. The continental breakfast offered was minimal. The hotel itself need a facelift. The staff front desk person was kind and polite

Refigerator was loud. Heat did not respond. Bathroom Sink drained slowly

Definitely could’ve been a better stay. The walls are super thin and our room kept getting so humid, even with the AC on. Had to open the window. Unfortunately didn’t realize til this morning before we left that the whole bottom of the curtains had mold.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. The location is very close to hiking and recreation. This appears to be an older property, which was refurbished. While the exterior looks a tad dreary, the rooms are clean and well furnished. Great value.

It was under construction and while they said as such, it was right in the center of the entrance and very loud/smokey/distruptive. Not well planned. Room was somewhat ok via renovation but not great.

Nicely updated inside.

The breakfast had no coffee. I made a waffle and there was no syrup to put on it. There was no staff around. I would not stay there again

I like the area, near the state park. It’s quiet.

The property is set back and quiet. Breakfast a little lacking. No room service but readily supplied needs. Loved the suite with 2 bedrooms and we did a lot of sight seeing to local attractions. Would stay here again.

Smelled like chemicals and smoke. Used air fresheners to “cover” the smell. Tub and sink clogged when using. Could have been cleaner.

last minute booking was pretty pricy and unfortunately you don’t get what you pay for. almost $200 for one night at a very very run down hotel. The staff were super friendly, but this place needs to be knocked down. Very outdated and just overall dirty. pool area is very dark, cold water and still has carpet (sauna was out of order). Room was decently clean, but some stains on curtains, sheets, shower curtains and even the walls. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room so the temp never got below 70 degrees and all the AC did was make a bunch of different noises that kept us up until 2 am until I finally just shut it off. (Being 7 months pregnant that was truly a sacrifice ). Good enough for one night, but def should not have been charged more than $100 for that experience. Please please knock this place down and rebuild!!

Our room had cobwebs all around the ceiling that is the only complaint we have

It was nice and the two gentlemen we saw were nice .I was asked if I wanted housekeeping I said yes to change out towels and trash..we were staying four days. No one ever came for either so we left them in the hall and they picked it all up...pool was ice cold ..cereal stale at breakfast. Not a big selection but guess with few customers you don't want to waste it. Over all. Nice people. Clean facilities, quiet area...over all an 8 out of 10

Nothing about this property looked like it had been maintained in over a decade. It could be mistaken for an abandoned ghost town relic, except the general smell of the place was far too freshly bad to be abandoned. There are subway corners in New York that are better cared for and cleaner.

We stayed a few nights. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was clean as well. Each time I rang the bell, I was greeted by a pleasant employee and she/he were happy to assist me.
Breakfast was more a continental style. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt.
I would stay here again.

Good for place to sleep. Curtains did not shut all the way and bed was uncomfortable. Decent value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay here. Normally we stay in N. Conway at one of a few hotels we really like. This trip we needed to be nearby Ossipee Lake and gave this cheaper hotel a try. We found it comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. We would certainly stay here again. Keep in mind there are no elevators, so you may want to make sure everyone in your party can climb two flights of stairs or there is an appropriate sized/available room on the 1st floor for you.
We did find the upstairs hall's cleaning product odor a bit overwhelming. It could be some kind of disinfectant spray or rug cleaner, but you cannot smell it in the lobby, private rooms, or breakfast area. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is quite nice. My father's back was bothering him from the trip and a nice hot shower with the pulsating shower head helped relieve some of that pain instantly. All in all this is a relatively nice budget hotel in an area that only has motels.

Rug was filthy I didn’t want to take my shoes off. Room smelled like stale smoke, air conditioner was so noisy, and different kinds of noise. Bed spread had stains on it, bedside lamp was dusty with cob webs. TV remote so sticky I didn’t want to touch it. Coffee pot in room didn’t work.

The room was clean and spacious. I love the location thats close to the state park, shopping, food. Also just a 30min drive to North Conway. Easy check in. The staff us very pleasant.

Dirty, rundown, like staying in a shack! Filthy floors, tv remote, ice bucket, walls, door knobs, basically everything was gross! Bed comforter fill was all heaped in big piles so most parts were like a sheet in between the hills, no comfort at all. No bathroom curtain on window next to toilet that faces the parking lot, stuff stuck on walls, deadbolt on room door didn’t even line up with the hole, refridgerator barely cool, air conditioner barely cool, dirt, dust and paint splatters all over bathroom floor, side entrance/exit door from outside near woods to hall didn’t require keycard to get in, just walk right in.
Bathroom sink oddly placed acroos the room, you have to walk around between the bed and dresser to get to it. Views from windows obstructed by strange bldg additions and odd run down areas littered with old junk like mini junkyards. Would rate 0 for cleanliness, comfort, views & safety. Horrible, glad we only booked one night! I wish there was a spot to post photos, you need to see it to believe it, worst place I've ever stayed in my 57yrs!

No elevator to second floor. Bedding was terrible. Refrigerator was very loud when running. Electrical outlets did not operate. The venting fan in the bathroom sounded like a trailer truck idling. The rug didn’t look clean. Layout was terrible.
I will never stay at a Days Inn again!!

Didn't like not having any maid service and no one at the front desk without calling for someone. The indoor pool was freezing.
The room was small but clean for the most part.

This is possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room smelled disgusting. The hotel was old and run down. There were stains on the comforter. Random people (sounded like teenagers maybe) came and knocked on our door around 8pm or so and ran off laughing. We'll never stay here again. Save your money. Stay somewhere else!

The breakfast was hardly anything. Not even worth it.

Property needs updating. The whole property smells musty. The pool area is full of mildew. They can do better on breakfast items. I thought it was too expensive for the stay at $278 a night for the quality. I had to be switch to a cleaner room. Spiders and their webs on the ceiling. Stained bed sheets with holes on it. The staff were friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights over the memorial Day weekend for a Wedding.
didn't clean room or take trash out .very dark no lights on

When arriving , noticed a "Moldy" smell as entering the lobby area. Don't know if it's related to the pool or not.

Our first room smelled very bad with cigarette smoke mixed with some aroma so we requested a room change which they quickly did for us. This issue is ironic since there's a large sign at check-in that says you'll be fined $150 for smoking in your room.
Waffles for breakfast were very good but there wasn't any prepared hot food like eggs or bacon available.
Our son said he will pick our next motel.
2.5
Staff was very friendly. The room very clean.
The only thing and it is a big thing is the property, the outside of the building is run down and really doesn’t look like it is open for business..
Otherwise it was great for my very short time I was there.
