My wife and I recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The attention to service (maid, concierge, bellman) was outstanding and we’re looking to coming back soon!

Nice boutique hotel, with excellent service (however it seems that they are way over staffed). Walking distances to shops and restaurants

My wife and I spent five days at the Casa San Agustín hotel. If I could give it more than five stars I would. It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Once you check in the staff goes above and beyond for you. They remember your room number, name, breakfast order, etc. The housekeeping each day cleaned, restocked our complimentary mini bar, and performed turndown which was awesome. They have door personnel watching the area to help keep you safe. Every minute of our experience was exceptional.

We had a beautiful stay, made special by all of the staff. Muchas gracias

This property is beautiful and very unique. The rooms were extremely well appointed and so comfortable. Service was top notch. Location is excellent. The spa offers a Hamam body scrub service followed by massage and they were two of the most amazing spa services we have ever had. Breakfast at the restaurant was lovely. Best hotel by far during our 10 day stay in Colombia.

The room was fine. The closet was weirdly small and most of the room available was for short clothes. I had to remove the umbrella to make room for my long dresses. The bed was extremely comfy and luxurious. Great bedding and soft sheets. The bath towels were a bit rough but wonderfully oversized. The bathroom was fine except for very limited storage and not enough lighting for makeup application. The additional lighted mirror was useless and just took up too much needed counter space. The overall room lighting was dim. The service from all of the staff was top notch. The decor of the hotel was gorgeous.

This property was absolutely flawless from beginning to end! If you are a traveler who can appreciate a unique, historic, incredibly designed, beautifully intimate hotel with spectacular facilities (restaurants, bar, spa, tea room) and exceptionally responsive staff, this is your hotel of choice in Cartagena. We chose this hotel to round out two weeks in South America and it was perfect for a bit of shopping, sight-seeing, culture, and exceptional food. We didn’t leave the walled city and spent a lot of time just around the hotel because it was so enjoyable - like you were staying at a friend’s house and not just a hotel. The staff give great area recommendations and really care about your experience while staying there. Can’t say enough good things down to the most comfortable bed and cool bathroom, etc etc. 2-3 nights here would be a delight for even the most sophisticated traveler.

This is probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel and my room (Junior Suite) were amazing. Even better than the pictures. The service was also top notch and memorable. I saved a bit on my lodging expenses in Medellin and Santa Marta to ensure that I could splurge on this hotel in Cartagena. This was the best decision I made. This place was worth every penny.

Very unique, 5-star, located in the mids of old town.

The hotel was clean, beautiful and the staff was amazing. My only warning would be to those who get a room with balcony windows towards the street because the area gets very lively at night.

Simply the best boutique hotel experience!!

The hotel not only did not offer an upgrade on 2 separate rooms, they could not even offer a discount on spa services. Extremely disappointed with this choice over staying at the Sofitel.

My wife and I loved the character of the property and the way the historical integrity had been preserved alongside modern amenities. The decor and design are tasteful, elegant and immaculate.
From the moment we arrived, the service and attention to detail were impeccable. The concierge team were helpful, friendly and very professional and the staff in Alma (restaurant) were also exceptional.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay during our first trip to Colombia and can’t wait to return to Casa San Agustin.
Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

What a beautiful hotel. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and greeted us warmly upon our arrival. The selections for the free breakfast were scrumptious. In the latter part of the week, there is a live band. The music could be heard from the room and I really enjoyed it. The spa was nice, too. The hotel pool made for relaxing late afternoons swimming.
Overall, the experience was perfect. It was a lovely, upscale boutique hotel that was very clean, safe, and welcoming.
