The Rooms and Bathrooms are very small. No hangers in the bathroom and even no cupboards to keep the clothes. Not worth for what you pay.

One night trip is okay, but definitely not more than a night as the room is very tiny. Staff are nice and friendly. Location is very accessible to various corporate houses. Food is quite good. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner.

Dear Team Holiday Inn express, I would like to highlight certain point's which bothered me during my stay, washroom was not clean, it was just wiped, small flies and insects where there near drain hole in bathroom. I was there for 2 nights, but on second day of my stay, post was room was cleaned, when I was out for work, on returning I found that same towel was placed in my room, instead of providing fresh once. Also, when your room service or any staff walks in room they come with their shoes on, which is extremely unhygenic, atleast they should use some in footwears specifically for working in hotel. Thanks overall to rate my stay i won't say it was too bad, it was not that good as well. Thanks, this is only my perview.

Worst holiday inn experience. Hotel stink. Good is terrible. AC was not working at night time. Very dirty rooms. Carpet stinks. Don't even think to stay in this hotel

Housekeeping service was terrible, had to ask few times to clean the room before it got cleaned, breakfast needs to have different varieties instead of same everyday.

They have this semi blur stickers like in Corporate doors. But the bottom of the door (entire 2 ft below) is TRANSPERENT. When asked why such doors. We were told its the policy. Dont knw what the policy is to keep the toilet doors transparent Imagine taking a dump and bottom two ft of door is TRANSPERENT and your entire family can watch you.

All good, no complains as such. Small rooms but nice setup. Good customer service. Polite and helpful staff. The only thing is breakfast was same everyday and only limited items. Could have been better.

Rooms are to small, Space management need to be relooked. We are Indians.Need to be looked from Indian customer perspective, who frequently stay in this hotel .Concept of Wash basin next to bed is really a bad thought. Breakfast need to be with more options.

Very small rooms. No space to put luggage. They didn’t have double beds as reserved. We realized it after walking in the rooms. While struggled with the front desk staff, first they argued my reservation was for one king only for each room. They didn’t believe me till I pulled up the email. Finally we had to settle on one room with 2 beds and one with a king. No apology or compensation offered for the misdeed. The breakfast was very good.

Wash basin is in the bedroom , not in bathroom. Strange and Annoying. Breakfast was good. Ambience is good. Rooms are too small, suitable for single person and hand baggage travellers. Starbucks nearby.

Small room but very crisp. The room.amenities and cleanliness can bring any 5 star in Ahmedabad to shame. I loved the hotel and the surrounding area. I would recommend to work on breakfast, it was not bad at all but hotel prooven beyond expectation in all aspects but not.breakfast

ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL I HAD EVER VISITED. THEY DO NOT HAVE OWN RESTAURANT, CHARGING EVERY DAY HOTEL RENT WITH TAXES, NEED TO PAY EVERYDAY YOUR ROOM RENT. SERIOUSLY I DO NOT EXPECT SUCH AN HOTEL IS ASSOCIATED WITH AN RENOWED GROUP LIKE EXPEDIA. I HAD TO THINK BEFORE BOOKING FROM EXPEDIA PORTAL FOR THE NEXT TIME IF THESE KINDS OF HOTEL ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. ITS JUST LIKE AN HOTEL WHICH WILL MAXIMUM HAD ROOM RENT OF RS 1000/ BUT THE CHARGES ARE RS 2700 + TAXES.I RECOMMENED NO ONE TO VISIT SUCH A HOTEL IN HIS LIFE.
