Staff are great, very helpful with any query. Showers - amazing Even though they aren't dragons at all, everyone was very respectful re: noise at night. Good supply of kitchen basics (sugar, coffee, tea, flour and pans and utensils)

Great price for an easy stay. Lovely place the staffs are very friendly and all the guests are friendly and polite, the place is tidy and safe. We had the private ensuite room, small but offered everything we needed. It was a little bit noisy as the room is near laundry and kitchen but we were good sleepers so no border. Definitely recommend it.

There's a rule not to use the kitchen between 23:00 - 07:00. But some guest may didn't know. Not sure the staff has been acknowledged or not.

Bathroom facilities are really good, the hostel provides even shower gel and shampoo and a fluffy white towel. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Kitchen well equipped and tidy

The room was very small and stuffy, there was only space for the bunks and a shelving unit/cupboard which was broken so I was not able to secure my belongings. It was a little inconvenient with the stairs and the location of the amenities, but otherwise it was a nice place and certainly perfect for backpackers. The male who served me was very nice & friendly.

We have a very bad experience staying there this time, it was too nosy from the neighbours and in general the crowd was in their 20th. So I wouldn’t recommend it if you need some quiet time.

Trek Global Backpackers was the perfect stay for me, everything was clean, the noise level was great and it had a great chilled, social atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here next time I'm around the Wellington area.

Great, central location. Handy to airport bus stops. Lots of eateries within walking distance and close to most major event centres. Place is being redecorated so some unfinished work still but very clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

I want to say I loved my stay, but because the property was in the midst of painting the walls on our floor, it was not great. Lots of noise (at 4am from the kitchen by our room), lots of dust and paint fumes, tripping hazards where tarp had come up. Yeah, not great. BUT, of the four front desk people we talked to three were absolute stars. Very helpful. Very friendly. I think I'll come back to see what the renovation does for the place. It's got good bones and great people and it's in a really convenient location. I'll be back.

The only annoying thing was that put sheets were in a balled up on the bed. So we had to put the sheets on the bed. Also the duvets were just chucked on the floor.

Super friendly staff, obliging (lent me a travel adapter!), helpful with guidance about transport. Property was fine, in very decent and well maintained condition considering the throughput of guests - my first backpackers experience, so didn't know what to expect really, but came away impressed with how well organised the place was. Bed was comfortable.

Trek global is an awesome backpacker facility. I experienced good hospitality and housekeeping. A special mentioning about Sharon ( receptionist, she was in the morning shift on 19th July ) she is a great asset to your company as she has amazing customer service skills and I have observed that she and the other guy in the reception attends all the guests with patience and take extra efforts to help the needy ones in the city !! Kindly use this email for your appraisal, recognise and for rewarding the deserving staff. PS: is there a way to make rooms more ventilated ,, with four people in a room it’s difficult to breath in the night !! :-) This feed is given by a hospitality specialist.
