The hotel was a simple halt on a longer trip, though. It is located right beside the Interstate and not far from a good access to shopping and restaurant. Hotel was fine, clean, simple, very basic breakfast, plenty of space and nice. I won't forget the place if I need to stop by again.

This was an extended stay property so the bed and bedding were not that good. Almost minimal. Overall the stay was fine buti would spend more and go for something better if i had it to do again. And the tv remote would not work. Called desk and got no answer. When i went down was told "the driver" would come up and fix it. As my wife was in the shower i said if it's changing input on tv i could handle it. Volume still didnt work.

room by room needs deep clean and repairs done ; outside trash needs removed every day. hallway tiles mopped. repairs in rooms, cob webs off walls, dead bugs out of drawers. I could go on & on. :(

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. My only gripe would be that the shuttle for the airport will come at 0445 at the earliest. I stayed here FOR the shuttle service. My flight left at 0530 so that wasn’t enough time…. I wish they would use a shuttle service that started earlier. I ended up paying $47 to a cab :(

The place was clean, beds were a 7 out if 10 for comfort, the bathroom had plenty of towels. This place is very average quality. Wall damage from water in the bathroom, elevator was very very slow and would shake real bad. Breakfast was less than average. No eggs or meat. Coffee was good.

Elevator noisy/a bit scary. Dishwasher didn't work and was seemly popping out of the counter area it was supposed to be affixed to...wound up just hand washing plates etc. Overall, not bad.

I stayed for a few days. The suite includes a full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. A keurig machine is also available. It and the bathroom was clean. You have to call for the hotel shuttle. The driver was friendly but it may take a little longer pending their schedule. The shuttle can take you to and from local restaurants but its based upon availability. The staff were very nice, hospitable, and professional. Brenda made sure there was a shuttle to take us to the airport for a 6 am flight. I would stay here again.

We were told we could enter by a rear door closer to our room but door knob was broke when I questioned front desk she said they were having trouble with it-why would you tell us to enter there if you knew door was broke. Bathroom fan was noisy and lighting in room was terrible. Place didn’t quite down till after 2 am either night and was noisy again at 5 am. Very disappointing for the price

I have stayed at many different places when we travel: and none as bad as this one. From the elevator sounding like it was going to die every time it stopped at our floor, to the breakfast being just terrible. When we first arrived I was not informed that due to the hotel being an extended stay hotel they only do house keeping twice a week. And, so the two nights I was there we did not get any fresh towels or clean trash cans or toilet paper. My family includes 5 of us, normally 6. So imagine my shock when we came back to the room after spending the day out and about to find our room still the same no freshly made beds or trash taken out or clean towels. And, breakfast didn’t even have the basics. It was BRAN cereal and hard boiled eggs and coffee that was all that was there when we came down. And, we checked a few different times. Basic breakfast would have been better than nothing when I had to pay $200 a night, due to sturgis being in town. When I brought it up to the manager on duty when I was checking out, she literally told me there was nothing she could do, because it was an extended hotel, and house keeping only goes through twice a week, and we have to request services. I let her know I was unaware of this at check in. No compensation or a kind of help was offered what so ever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Unless absolutely needed or desperate.

Decent hotel. The suite had a dishwasher and small stove.The air conditioner was very loud when it came on like something was wrong with it. Breakfast left a little to be desired, only cold items.

The Coffee is terrible. Seriously, it may be the worst coffee I have ever had. Coffee this bad is a choice. The breakfast options overall are much more limited than is typical of a hotel in this price range. The location is also very difficult to get to - you have to drive through the parking lot of a different hotel, and it is not clearly marked. We drove around the hotel 3 times before figuring out how to actually get in. We would not stay here again.

The room was nice, I really liked the the kitchenette with the full fridge. The breakfast was not good all cold foods, nothing special. Nothing was restocked, so get there early. The guest laundry was not working. I had to take the days off dirty laundry to the next hotel we stayed at. For the cost, we will not stay here again.

Very clean and up to date place! We loved the room and the space and the little kitchen was very helpful! Only negatives about this place was that the breakfast is not very good and they don’t have a hot tub. Otherwise, it was great!

Probably the biggest concern is the high curbing with no ramp except for the front. It’s difficult to utilize the courtesy carts to anywhere outside other than the front. Parking leaves a lot to be desired as navigation is narrow. The people at the front desk were excellent.

We chose Mainstay because they had shuttle from the airport and they included a breakfast all of those which we need while traveling without our car. In the morning we went for breakfast and they told us they weren’t doing breakfast. They had no options and there were no restaurants close by. They told us to go to the Hotel next-door they serve breakfast. We went there expecting to pay for a restaurant, they did not serve breakfast and their restaurant wasn’t open till 11. Very disappointing.
