It was good, no front desk after 9pm have to use back access door using key card, no phone in room so no wake up call, curtains for big windows didn’t close all the way so sunlight came in at sunrise.

I stayed at this hotel for business and thank God it was just for one night. There were clearly people living there full time (migrants I believe). The place smelled and there was cat hair on the pillow cases. I didnt take my shoes off as i was afraid of what was in the carpet. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BOOK!!We didnt want to wake up in a bathtub of ice missing a kidney. Seriously. The pictures online are a LIE and totally misleading. FILTHY FRONT AREA, ROACHES! We were disgusted and even felt unsafe leaving our car parked, for fear of theft. We walked in said we didnt want to check in. We had already paid 2 nights ahead of time, coming in from out of state. No apologies, and no refunds. The guy even then charged a 100 dollar hold on our card, ya know...the security deposit most charge at checkout to ensure room is ok!!!!!! We didnt stay!! We are out$400. We went to another hotel and incured another 2 night stay charge. It ruined some of our plans for our 25th Anniversary and our first time in that area. Do not pay for this or think about booking here, please! Thank goodness we had travelers insurance so hopefully our losses are temporary and will sorted out.

For starters the building and the room does not look as good as they do in person. Checking in was easy and simple but the original room was disgusting. Stains all over the floor and walls. Broken lampshades and light switches. The worst of all is the room had cockroaches. I had to request another room. I would not have even stayed in the hotel if it wasn’t for an important family gathering that I had to be at. I would not stay here again.

This room was rented to us with plastic on the window and AC unit from the outside. There was no iron or coffee maker. The furniture was all beat up and the walls were bare with nail holes and screws. The bathroom was gross and no cover on the toilet. The reception area was in shambles. The hotel had a smell of food the entire time yet none offered for a breakfast or items to buy.

The property has changed owners! Building outside is disgusting and falling apart. Walked into the lobby and it smelled and yellow couches in the common area had stains or mold on them! Didn’t want to get close to see! Hotel lobby was dirty and smelled and not clean at all. My wife and I just looked at each other and without saying a word we walked out. Expedia charged me 160.00 for the stay there, looked on hotel’s website and rooms were at 68.00!!! We left and went somewhere else, do you diligence and look around and read reviews. That was my bad! I do not recommend this hotel or Expedia for keeping up with the hotels they recommend

The hotel is semi difficult to get to depending on arrival direction. Entry way was dirty with nasty floors. Elevator floor broken. Bathroom floor tiles loose. Nasty out buildings in parking lot and what appears to be low rent housing.

The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was happily unique and the stay was enjoyable. The pillows could use an upgrade and we were glad we brought our own coffee pot since there wasn’t one and no coffee was available that we could see. But overall I would come back again and definitely recommend.

This hotel is an absolute mess!!Literally a landfill.From the entrance on through.There’s NO curb appeal whatsoever.As soon as u walk in,a disgusting smell slaps you right in your face!! Even the lobby area was atrocious.They offer these old run down stained yellow couches for sitting, that nobody would I’m sure even attempt to sit on or even go near! It’s one of those places that when you enter, you immediately feel like your skin in CRAWLING with bugs!! I didn’t even make it past the lobby entrance before I started to demand my refund because there was NO WAY I’d be staying there and laying on those beds they offer! Agh, I couldn’t even imagine the bed bugs alone etc… The customer service is definitely one to right home about,NOT IN A GOOD WAY!!!After I waited in the lobby by the empty employee desk for about 20 minutes for anyone to even come up front and acknowledge me, I was greeted, or lack there of, by a man who clearly wasn’t to thrilled about being there in the first place (who could blame him really) and it definitely showed. I explained to him my situation and figured since I was there approximately 5 hours before check in time,that a cancellation on my room wouldn’t be an issue.BOY was I incorrect about that.After asking to cancel my reservation and refund my money,I was immediately told that due to the holiday weekend, I can not receive any sort of refund so needless to say, I didn’t get one and i didn’t even stay at the facility or use ANY of there services!!!

The entire hotel needs repair, I had to wait for the front desk staff to check in (no one was there), the a/c didn't work and the remote for the tv was missing. If it wasn't late at night and we were already settled, I would have left and gone elsewhere. Won't stay here again.

The hotel is in a convenient location with a lot of shops and restaurants around. Plenty of parking but so many pot holes. The place overall is outdated and the halls reeked of curry and fried food because there was a kitchen on the first floor and it seems like the hotel staff was cooking in there. No AC in the hallways!! The room was clean though. I always bring my own cleaning supplies to be on safe side. AC worked fine in the room. Microwave looked like something from the 60’s lol but other than that everything was fine. $200 for one night there is way overpriced in my opinion. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful.

It was the worst experience in our life. They had smells plugs everywhere because of the bad smell. The A/C was not working and the bed matress had a bend in the middle. They said by phone they have a $50.00 Security Deposit when we arrived the Security Deposit was $100. The guy at the front desk gave us another room. At least the A/C was working.

I did not like anything about the hotel. The room was smelly, the sink was not working and water was in stuck in it (we could not wash our hands), the maintenance guy never show up to fix it. The staff were rude and noncooperative. We paid way more than we should for the room. Expedia should have remove this hotel from their listings. I do not recommend anyone to stay there.
