The room seemed well-appointed until we tried to turn on certain lights and found three fixtures not working. The toilet had pee on the seat. The bathroom floor did not look like it had been washed. Black marks came up easily with a little soap and water on a washcloth. How come they couldn't do that? The shelf under the TV was missing several supports and was cockeyed in the bookcase. No one noticed this? The shower door hinge was coming apart and the door seemed precariously perched on its hinge. The room was a great size and we loved having the extra space. But that's why we booked the room in the first place. The bed was not comfortable. We travel quite a bit and these days, most hotels have pretty comfortable mattresses. All in all, this hotel seemed tired and in great need of updating. Your location was amazing and we would love to stay with you again but we recommend taking better care of the facility.

The hotel is s bit shop- worn. Frayed fsbrics, cabinets that had been slammed shut once too often. While it was nice to have an adjacent parking lot, at check-in and out, you had wheel your luggage around the property, as the lot was only reached by outside stairs. And little things, like a very limited selection of teas (tea drinkers are regularly discriminated against. )

I only stayed one night to attend a concert; about a five minute ride or twenty minute walk to Simmons Bank Arena. This is a well kept Residence Inn (although seemed somewhat older) in a great location. The room was in immaculate condition when I checked in, as you would expect from a Marriott owned facility. If in Little Rock for an extended stay or business my room had a workable kitchenette, a couch area to relax and watch TV and a sizeable desk to get some work done. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and I really appreciated the large walk-in shower. The only two downsides (at least for me), (a) I was not expecting to be charged for parking. I have stayed at other hotels in this area where parking was included. And (b) my room faced one of the major streets so the street noise was a nuisance until the early morning hours. If you are a light sleeper, like I am, I’d ask for a room not facing the street.

Didn’t like that you charged for parking. Think that would come with stay. Find a way to eliminate that or work into price so it seems that way. Parking is not easy downtown.

Perfect place to stop in Little Rock! Hotel was close to lots of restaurants. Took an Uber scooter to eat at Lost 40 Brewery. Breakfast was good for kids. Staff was friendly. And room was huge for the price!

We had to park in a highrise public parking after a concert late at night because the hotel parking was full and no valet parking was offered. Unsafe for women. A very amiable employee checked us in and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and very clean, a plus.

Lee was amazing! He was very helpful. He provided my great customer service to my family as we traveled in for my nephew's college graduation. It was unfortunate that the air didnt work in the meeting room i booked for the graduation event. The staff apologized for the inconvenience. It was out of their control but appreciated them for at least having a floor fan.

From check in to check out, our stay was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was clean, with plenty of towels, etc. The breakfast was good and the attendant was exceptional! (I wish I had asked his name.) This is our third stay at Residence Inn and we look for more!

the one thing i wouldve really appreciated wouldve been to be able to turn the heat on - - i am always very very cold and the thermostat in my room didnt have an option to turn the heat on, it was only ac or off. otherwise it was an exceptional experience and if i am ever in little rock again i will definitely stay there again. also an incredible bargain in terms of price

Really nice and clean room got off work at 12am there was no parking left, so I had to park across the street in the parking deck on the 3 floor which was a headache. Check out was at 12pm NOON the maids knocked on my door at 11am saying that it was check out, luckily I had my bags packed already but if check out is at noon staff shouldn’t disturb guest an hour early.

The property was great, especially the staff. Expedia, on the other hand, created a ton of problems, stress, and risk to our credit. We will never use Expedia again! We have reported the issues to the fraud department of our credit card company.

This is a very convenient location for someone going to the Simmons Bank Arena. The room was great. However, at the free breakfast they served chocolate milk was expired from 3 days ago. I was completely disgusted because I took a big swig and had a month full of clumpy chocolate milk.

It was a very nice hotel among a lot of older buildings. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the residence inn. I loved the cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was good & free.

Lovely place to stay, the only complaint we had is the limited amount of paid parking. Other than that this was a wonderful stay. I loved having the full kitchen, the room was very spacious and comfortable.
