Super quiet relaxing stay pool was nice and clean as well as hot tub

Room was great, breakfast was not...
Eggs and sausage cool..should have just had cereal. The usual Super 8 type fare without a wafflemaker though!

The SpringHill Suites is part of the Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort. It does have its own lobby/breakfast space and it's own underground parking. Our room was large and well cared for. Our view of the side of the hill behind the hotel was uninspiring, but the room would've seemed claustrophobic without a window. We used many of our perqs including the dining and drink discounts.

The hotel is great and staff is wonderful. Really cannot say enough about how gracious and professional every one was.
Breakfast is/are standard fare - we stayed 4 nights so same all the time - and heavy starch etc.
The area is a tourist destination - but get out and enjoy SD - the surrounding area is beautiful and a playground for biking, hiking, ATV/UtV'g!

I want my money back. I never stayed there due to being the wrong room then what I was supposed to have

Loved the chill and relaxed “vibe” of this property.
It had great energy. The proximity to the casino and downtown was excellent. Loved taking the closely located trolley to town. Awesome town! Very secure.
Downside…they said room cleaning service was only available every other day. Ok…In a four night stay, we NEVER received ANY room cleaning or refreshing. Upside, we did get fresh towels and trash removal upon request. I spoke to 3 different desk people and they said “not the usual standard” but still no service. They gave me a box of tissues at the desk to take to my room. We were gone long days and would return in the evenings to no clean up service. I realize that in this economy, getting consistent staff can be tough, but this was a four night stay. Disappointing. Not sure if Hilton properties are experiencing the same troubles.

The shower should of had grab bars.

We love staying here because our kids love the pool but it’s always disappointing they can’t swim
After a certain time because they enforce adult only hours which it never seems like there are adults in the area that late in the evening anyway and they are 12 yo girls that just want to sit in the hot tub. Rules are rules tho and we still enjoy staying here.

Breakfast was poor. Need to tell guests in advance that Deadwood is overrun with gambling and no restaurants allow advanced reservations for dinner. We waited hours to get a table to have dinner.

Hotel itself was wonderful. The toilet paper was awful! The breakfast was very limited and they closed the coffee and teas off at 10am! Did not try to get any coffee or tea from the bar in the afternoon.

Every thing was good. Room comfort bed, fridge coffee maker, good shower, and sitting area. Walkable to downtown, yet quiet.

Very clean, great staff - they are all very friendly and accommodating. The showers had great water pressure. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door. It's frosted glass and every time one of us would get up at night to go to the bathroom, it would light up the entire room.

Loved the room and option to watch netflix max or you tube on the tv. Beds were comfy. Loved the tall shower head. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was yummy with eggs, sausage, toast, bagel, juice, oatmeal, cereal, and flavored creamer was a plus. Pool was great and all the staff were super friendly! Will definitely be staying here again!

The place was very nice. We hung out by the firepit area. Our room was set up comfortable. And breakfast was really nice with plenty of places to sit. Oh forgot, they also a bunch of discounts on food, drinks, and match play.

The hallway smelled so bad on both days of our stay! It smelled like a mixture of bad takeout and vomit. Every time we had to walk to or from our room, we had to hold our breath or hold something over our noses because it was so bad. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was ok, having waffles or French toast as options would’ve been nice.

This was a great hotel and a beautiful location. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms were extremely clean. Lots to do in the area.

Very nice place to stay for a few days. The room was clean and comfortable. You have to pay extra to park on the site, but then they give you a card with discounts for multiple eating establishments to offset those cost! Best place for the cost on this two week long trip so far!

Didn’t like that hotel no longer does daily housekeeping.

My room was spacious, modern, well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The common areas were also modern, well-lit, and spacious. My only gripe was the spa. It is heavily used. I could not help but notice that the color of the spa water had a slight yellowish brown tint, very noticeable when viewed next to the adjacent swimming pool, which had the expected clear slightly bluish hue. I figured the higher temperature spa must be on a separate filtration system from the pool. I couldn't help but wonder when the last time the water in the spa was changed. I used it once, noticed the color, then no more.

Just didn’t like that I parked out front where anyone can park and was charged $15 per night for parking.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of room in the bathroom. We used the hot tub and pool and relaxed in the evening. There was a trolly stop in front that was convenient for downtown access. Breakfast was so good with plenty of variety. We loved our stay. Great Quality for the price.
