The room was clean and quite for being next to the freeway. The room and hallway must have just had new carpet installed which was really nice. The free breakfast had lots of options. Great customer service!

The bed i was in was sagging one my side, didn't sleep well, also are room was next to the stair well where the kids were running up and down till about 11pm every night shaking are room.

My boyfriend and i only stayed the one night because we were actually staying in the building over for 6 nights, we only booked this to arrive early to california. They overbooked us in a two bed when we originally got the single which wasn’t too bad since we did book it late. Unfortunately the room was dated. it didn’t feel comfortable with the two beds. The bathroom door never stayed open. which was a hassle as it made the loudest screech as you opened it. the bathroom has a curtain but i don’t really trust those. there wasn’t too much space to put our things but thankfully it was only for the night. i wouldn’t stay here again, the people at the front desk were nice but that’s about it.

We loved our stay, two days, wished it could be longer. Everyone was so nice, breakfast was great alot of options, bagels, mini waffles, cereals, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, 3 types of coffee, apple juice, orange juice, sausages, etc. Our room was the Executive suite, we were five adults and a baby, and it was perfect size. Two TV's, bathroom was large, all areas were very clean. My only complaint was the bathtub was very slippery, don't know what that was about but we had to wear our sandals because my daughter almost slipped and fell, it could have been bad, but thank god it was all good. Anyway it was a positive experience all around, would definitely go back over and over again!!! Thank you

The hotel is close to highway and there are several construction in progress near by, so it is little noisy. The WiFi keeps disconnecting. Need to call front desk for room Cleaning service. The breakfast is good and staff is friendly.

The location for this hotel is ideal for our travel needs here in Orange County. Staff is friendly, helpful and available 24 hours which is very convenient. Breakfast is quite adequate with plenty of variety. Our only concern was the comfort of the bed which was fine but not the best as we come to expect from Fairfield Inn.

This hotel is clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a wonderful bonus. I will say that this hotel is right on a busy highway so there is a lot of traffic noise into the night. It’s not terrible but if you are sensitive then beware. The pool starts at 3 ft. which was a bummer with littles.

we came here to celebrate my son’s graduation, the distance to his apartment was short and convenient. He was our ride for this trip, but when he wasn’t available and we wanted to go to restaurants for quick snack they were not in walking distance to the hotel. Maybe in the future they’ll have more restaurants .

I’ve stayed at this location in the past but it’s declined unfortunately. 1. I checked in and my key didn’t work, I had to drag my stuff down to the desk, stand in line again, get new key, go back up, key still didn’t work, back down stand in line and got a different room 2. The room I got had literally 1/4 roll of toilet paper The staff was great though.

Really the first time the Fairfield Inn has not performed at a very high level. Even though the property is really beautiful and it’s super accessible from the 55 freeway, the bed unfortunately, was not nearly as comfortable as what we have experienced at this chain in the past, and unfortunately Breakfast was truly a joke which is a big surprise. The breakfast was out of most foods and the two employees that work there had some attitude when asking them when something simple like more eggs will be brought out. That’s super disappointing. Not to mention there was an abandoned car in the parking lot and I’m surprised Management doesn’t get removed.

Theee was trash behind the the small building and some gang signs. I also found a pubic hair on the toilet seat and stain on the towel but it’s not their fault since it gets delivered from a third party . But the front desk staff was awesome since I am also in hotel industry.
