Good average hotel with very good reception. Very helpful. Room was ok bed very comfortable, pool looked good but didnt use it. Bathroom needs a lot of attention. Could be a lot cleaner and some items need changing. A little far from anything to walk to as its not in a tourist area but as an overnighter it was ok.

Dirty water flood my room. Every time we bathe, water seep in thru the walls n doors... there was no water batrrier on the floor. No lift. Poor service.

Everybody was very friendly and willing to help when needed. The facility is in great condition. Can't wait to return.

Great backpacker hotel. In an out-of-way location for any tourist spots. Small restaurant (ChiCha Restaurant) 1 minute walk from hotel but not extensive menu. Food good. Mini-store across street from ChiCha. Construction going on at and around hotel. Staff friendly and fairly helpful. Good internet speed for Bali budget hotel.

Large room with air con, fridge, tv, wardrobe and small safe.
Tidied each day by staff, who can help with scooter here, money change, flight info etc.
Highly recommend.

We got in to the Cozy Stay after midnight and left in the morning. We just needed spot close to the airport before heading up into the mountains. The Cozy Stay had everything we needed, although we had read advice to never ever drink tap water in Bali, and there was no bottled water provided in the room.

I spent 3days here.
At the beginning i was a little bit worried wheater the picture of the hotel real or not (you know sometimes they put nice pict, which is away different from reality). But i found it exactly the same :)
The price is very reasonable with the facilities they offer.
Good internet connection, huge room and terrace, nice view (rice field).
One thing that annoying, the first day i stayed there, there was a water tank cleaning, so for a few hours I couldnt use the water and after i finally can use the bathroom, the water totally dirty and mudy :(
But i guess it wont happen quite often. Just me arrived on wrong day.

Well the first thing to mention and which put everything else in perspective is the relative cheap price (from a last minute discount through Expedia). Located in Denpasar a bit away from bigger hotels and more western style restaurant and services... a good way to have a peak in the local city culture. Also very nicely located next to a large rice field... beautiful at day but a brings a bit of mosquitoes at night!
The rooms were relatively clean... some stains on the bed covers and the shower curtain was definitely attacked by some fungus and needed to be changed long ago!
Also the shower design needed a glass door to be effective... with the curtain and the air appeal it was hard to keep it away from your body and made the water leak all over the reste of the bathroom floor.
A great little breakfast plate with rice and local flavours on the spicy side was a great way to start the day before moving to other parts of Bali with more to see and do and either more authentic or more comfortable accommodation.
So all in all this is a good option for a relatively decent hotel in a somewhat interesting part of Denpasar and for a relatively cheap price!
You stay there one night and then you move on with your journey!

The staff were friendly but perhaps could improve English skills. The air conditioner cannot
be left running so I could not come back to a cold room. Otherwise all was fine and I would
stay there again.

Good value for money; shower was excellent, airconditioning worked, WIFI was included. Nothing special, but it was good!

I only stayed one night because i arrived in Denpasar late at night and did not want to go too far from the airport in a taxi..... the hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very clean and spacious, but there is nothing much to see or do in the neighborhood. Staff very nice and accommodating. There is no elevator but the staff helped me with my luggage.

Stayed here after arriving at 4 am at denpasar airport. The price is good and staff can speak good english and helped a lot arranging drivers..so cheap stayed two nights, though booked only one originally. Second room smelled strong of bathroom air freshener, only downside.

I found the place was well located and safe, with friendly staff.
I will be back later in the year for another stay.
Thank you all.

We stayed at Cozy Stay Bali (2 adults and 1 toddler) for only two nights, and our first good impressionas was that the room is exactly as shown in Expedia photos. It was a good point. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a mini-kitchen (sink, tableware, water heater and even a microwave oven) embedded in a closet at the balcony. However, the restroom could be improved with a cheap acrylic shower box to prevent water from soaking the whole floor after each bath. The bedclothes were a little worn by usage and stained in a way that we couldn't say whether it was made by makeup, body-cream, tanning oil, drinks, ketchup or something worse... Anyway, we covered it with our beach towels, because beside the stains, there was a terrible smell of sweat in the sheets and the pillows. It seemed to us they haven't renewed the bedclothes for a long time (this explains the stains and the wear), and that they don't even change or wash the inner pillow neither the mattress cover (what could explain the smell of sweat). There is also an open area between the two buildings of the hotel with leather puffs, that could be changed into a small pool. I think that a pool, or maybe a bar or cafe, would be a lot more interesting (and used) by the guests than the puffs. But, I mean, it is very cheap and these negative points can be tolerated. (I have to mention that improving them would demand a little investment, but it would make a great raise in guest satisfaction.
