The outside area and stairs were dirty. The room was decent. Clean. Comfortable. The restaurant was great. Good service and friendly. Check in was good. The coffee provided was very strong Otherwise I would stay here again. Close to where we needed to be

Check in was fine. When I entered my king room it was nice. It was clean! I like the 2 entrances into the room. One from the hallway and the other was directly outside to the parking lot. However, there was no wifi all weekend and there didn’t seem to be any urgency to have it fixed! I asked the front desk staff and she said it will be looked at Monday.

Friendly staff. Restaurant servers are understaffed. My non-smoking room smelled of stale smoke. Front desk explained that this was because the floor below was a smoking area. Made no effort to improve the situation for me. Second morning of my stay, cigarette smoke was coming in through the AC and via bathroom vent. Front desk staff acknowledged my concern and recorded it for management but did nothing else to compensate for my discomfort. Disappointing. Will not stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at BCMInns Lloydminster. It’s an older motel but my room had been nicely decorated and updated. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Definitely a great place to stay.

The room was nice, clean and beds were comfortable. The dresser drawer would not stay closed. The washroom door scraped on the floor which made a terrible noise and the tub didn’t drain well. Restaurant and pool were both good.

I was honestly quite surprised by this hotel. I figured with it being older it might not be great but I can now say I will be back for sure. Room was big, very clean, quiet and a huge tv. Tried the pool once already and waterslide is definitely an old school imperial 400 one and it brought back great memories, even at 37 i had a blast going down it. Not like those new hotels with no water pressure, that thing goes. Hot tub was actually hot, jets worked and it was huge and deep. Havent seen one like that in awhile. Everything was quite well maintained, looked and smelt clean. Will be checking out the slide again before leaving as they were accommodating and gave me a late chrck out to deal with a car issue. Looking forward to the free breakfast as well. Overall for the price I paid, 11/10...I may actually change my plans and stay again here on my trip back.

they asked for $ 100 damage waiver per room, and asked for drivers license. I am not used to that - kind of felt like a second class citizen. Pretty good breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. Quiet rooms

First impression was not great, but in the end, it was worth the stay. The first room we were offered had cigarette burns in the blankets and a huge wet looking stain in the chair. We went to the front desk and told them of the issues and they changed us rooms with no problems. The first person at the front desk for check in was very casual and did not put a lot of effort into her customer service. The next day the staff that were there were lovely, helpful and went the extra mile! Our second room was clean and stocked. The breakfast was great and the pool was clean. The pool and hot tub was never busy through our 4 day stay, so my kids loved having access to the whole pool and a really great waterslide. Overall, I recommend staying here, as long as you have no problems with it being an older facility.

We have kids, and we were pretty impressed with the pool water slide & hot tub. Huge area. Big slide! And the hot tub was HUGE !! I didn't enjoy that we asked for a playpen 2x and each time we were told they would check for one and get right back to us, but never did. But that's a pretty minor issue! We also really didn't enjoy the restaurant on site but again, that's not a huge issue. We still very much enjoyed our stay.

There is a restaurant on the property. We get a ground floor room at back so we have good access to grass for our dog. Stayed here many times. Great pool area with a slide.
