Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable. A nice pool and patio area. They were helpful and pleasant in accommodating an early check in. Walking distance to restaurants and grocers.

The AC units are not properly mounted at this property and are incredibly loud so that you can't sleep because they vibrate the walls. Staff on-site seem to be aware but don't do anything about it. Even followed up with mgmt (Isidro Beccar Varela) and he said this was not an issue. The area is not the best (on a very busy road) and walls are paper thin so you hear cars driving by and car doors slamming at night. Do not stay here if you like your sleep. To add insult to injury, we were moved to another room which didn't have any hot water. When we complained we were told that they had to clean two rooms. Would give this zero stars if I could - extremely disappointing.

The place is was very cute, small and nicely updated. Our only concern was that the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was worn with a visible “ hump” in the middle of the bed. Everything else was nice and enjoyable.

Check-in couldn't be simpler - they text you the room number and key code on your day of arrival. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Pool area is well maintained. Stayed here two years in a row and can't think of a single negative.

While the room - as well as the whole property, generally - is small, it is also very clean, attractive and comfortable. Also, the staff were very friendly & helpful. I’d definitely recommend the Escape Inn.

It’s a cute motel decorated in seaside motif. The motel rooms have no insulation between them and I had loud children for 2 nights next to me. Did not sleep. They do provide ear plugs. The motel is in a very busy, noisy road. I had a room near the back of the motel so I wasn’t bothered by street noise. The breakfast was coffee, fruit and breads. A continental breakfast. They do have a pool which looked nice. The owners are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Convenient and plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and staff v. friendly. Unfortunately we had some noisy people in the room above us, who made a lot of noise in the evening as were trying to get to sleep.

Likes: no carpet, small and charming updated hotel. Dislikes: Mold growing in the tub/shower wall near ceiling; requires significant cleaning and/or a new shower fan. Old radiator in bathroon rusted and in need of attention..

My friend and I were visiting with other friends who were in the area, but they didn’t have room to put us up overnight. The Escape Inn was every bit as charming as the website indicated. We were greeted by Lisa, the manager, who graciously carried our bags up to our second-floor room. (My friend and I both are in our 80s, and the bags were a little heavy for us.) The room was very spacious and charmingly decorated, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Not the same as being home, but not a bad runner up. I used the mini-refrigerator for my leftovers and found them to be quite cold in the morning. I’m looking forward to returning there next summer.

EZ contactless check-in. clean room and bathroom. small but adequate. parking lot was a bit cramped, but manageable. quiet. tv was "youtube tv", so all the local channels and the usual cable stations...tbs, espn, etc etc. unable to cast from tablet or phone to tv.
