The place is great. The staff was friendly. The hotel is right in the heart of Agdal, a nice neighborhood in Rabat.

Overall good place. Nice room, friendly staff and safe. AC and hot water running well.
Breakfast not good at all. They kept on insisting my checkout was easier then my booking, but they didn’t bothered me too much. Shower water leaked on to the floor everything I took a shower.

Location was very nice, but a little bit old hotel. however, generally nice hotel

My favorite place to stay in Rabat ...The great location makes up for the simplicity of the hotel and it's limited amenities. Thumbs up for the super friendly and helpful staff.

This is a 3.5 star hotel in Morocco, which I wouldnt give more than 3 by American or European standards. Free parking was advertised but they only mean street parking which is very difficult to find in Agdal. It is a good location, more modern than the area around the medina and train station and you can easily get a taxi to those areas. Front desk staff was not very friendly and did not speak much English. However, the room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows, the bathroom was nice although the tub could be updated, and breakfast was typical continental with a couple hot items. I think there are other hotels in Rabat with similar or better amenities and level of quality for a little cheaper.

I previously stayed for 10 days at Majliss Hotel in Rabat with my wife and had a horrible experience.I was very worried when selecting a Hotel again.I was reading several hotel reviews until I found Atlantic Agdal. My wife liked, so we decided to spend our 6 nights in it.The most important thing to me is staying in a safe and clean hotel. No one wants to stay a hotel where he finds out that his money was stolen, broken air conditioner, with the worst customer support. It was difficult to find a decent hotel in Rabat after checking most of the reviews.Good things about this Atlantic Agdal hotel:New HotelCleanSafeLocation: close to MacDonald and KFC as well.Bed quality: was awesomeReception staff: all of them were very kindWiFi: worksBad things or things to be improved:-Price: it would be nice to reduce the price a little bit-Very minor thing: I think your staff needs to have maintenance culture. You have to check rooms from time and time and see if there is anything broken and needs to be fixed. I noticed that one of the shutoff valves needs to be renewed. This was not a problem at all since I kept using the sink without any problems. But, by improving those small things, your hotel image will grow better.Advice to foreigners planning to visit Morocco:Try to give tips to people especially those who clean rooms (5 or 10 Dir ham) should be enough. This is similar to other European countries. This is not a must but something good I guess. I will be back in future!

We could not speak French. The nigh shift staff (Wiley) was excellent and found a Taxi Driver for us to visit Rabat for a day. He shared Morocco's culture with us.
Breakfast was excellent. Very delicious on different kind of deserts/snacks.
Improvement Opportunities: our room's bathroom has no curtain in shower area. The hotel is on the busy street. We can hear the noise even at 2-3am.

This is a relatively new hotel that does not belong to any hotel chain. The staff were helpful and nice. there was a rather loud music playing at the lobby. Breakfast was fine. The room was comfortable and clean.

Quiet, cool, and clean--all nice to have in a Moroccan hotel in August. The included breakfast was good-- some variety every day, eggs cooked to order, good service.

Close proximity, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and light rail. Very nice breakfast and hotel staff was attentive and very helpful. English speaking desk clerk was very helpful because everyone speaks French. The hotel room was modern and spacious with marble bathroom. Very comfortable!

Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Fantastic location and great restaurants in the neighborhood.

Good location and easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, etc. The gym consists of a bike and treadmill (both is good condition) but the hotel does not provide hair dryers! Would stay there again.
4.0
A good place to stay for business, with functional wi-fi, a comfortable bed and basic breakfast. The major downside is that it is a bit overpriced and their small gym doesn't open until 11 am. If they were to open the gym earlier, so that it could be used before work, I would consider staying here again.

good location and close to cafes and restaurants. I recommend this hotel for travellers of a short stay.

Hotel was horrible. Needed to checkout early. Hotels.com has been working on a refund for me for dayw without any result. Hotel is on a busy downtown street corner and is very noisy

A clean, nicely decorated hotel fairly close to the train station.

Just for two nights, we didn't stay much in hotel. But the service over lunch was a bit slow given we were a bit late for meetings. Otherwise all acceptable, good WiFi and a helpful reception desk. I would recommend a stay here - but it is a dry hotel (no bar) and no meeting rooms.

New and clean hotel. Good service. Little noises outside.

The hotel quality itself was fine. However, the service level was very poor, especially for a supposedly 4 star hotel. When my colleague and I first checked in, the AC in the room I was given did not work. I had to find the housekeeping team, who helped me to swap rooms (without much support from the receptionist/hotel staff.) The hotel told us that we had rooms through June 5, but on June 1st they told us that we had to check out on the 2nd. The man who checked us in had made an error in the system and only booked our rooms through June 2nd. The hotel was full at that point, so we had to find another hotel for the night of June 2nd and then checked back into the Atlantic on the 3rd. It was a huge inconvenience, and the man who made the error refused to even apologize for his mistake, even once he finally admitted that it was his mistake. Another lady who worked for the hotel did help us to find an alternate hotel for the night we were moved out of the Atlantic, however. This all happened the day we had a huge all day meeting, and was a massive inconvenience to myself and my colleague. The entire booking system was mis-run, and the staff were not too professional about it all.

I stayed most of my time out the hotel. It is expensive compared to other 5 star hotels with null activities, the stay is boring the staff are not friendly and try to watch the guests and enter their privacy.

Clean modern hotel. Great staff. Amazing food. Excellent service all the way around.
