I didn’t get a city view as paid for, room had flies so had to switch rooms, tv didn’t work, wine cooler didn’t work and they brought a refrigerator that still didn’t work. Got free drinks ticket for the night or smoothie in the morning and got the smoothie and they didn’t take the voucher

First nights stay had two twin beds and looked like a broom closet. No tub , handicap toilet.. but they did move us to a Jr sweet for the last 16 hrs of or trip. So that's something.

The hotel was very pretty and very clean. The only problems we had were that we were sent to a room that was being cleaned at the time and we stood in the hall like hobo’s for about 30 minutes. We went down to the front desk and they said “oh I’m sorry we gave you the wrong room number” Also, they have dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and the body wash cylinder was completely empty. We did get a voucher for breakfast and the food was absolutely delicious.

I’d say this hotel is maybe a 2-3 star hotel, definitely not 4-5 star. Very noisy, door slamming throughout the night, you can hear the room next to you very clearly. Bed frame was peeling and had what appeared to be make up marks on it. Sheet had burn marks. Key card didn’t work on arrival. Air vents clearly need to be changed. Overall our stay wasn’t terrible, but we won’t consider staying again.

The stay was overall great but the walls were are so thin. The people next to us dogs kept barking till around 1am and it was some people arguing way down the hall and we were the furthest room on the opposite side.

The hotel is nice and customer service was great. However, the room was not clean. Had to pickup trash from the room, shower was dirty and I had to clean it. The water from the sink kept on filling up because it goes down so slow. Outside the hotel there is also a gas smell which was very scary. Spoke to front desk about it and was told it’s been that way for about 6 and that they have someone check it daily. I don’t know why it can’t be fixed especially if people smoke outside

we come to Charlotte for the attractions and the LeMeridien was a great spot to stay for the weekend. They have a fantastic gym, pool looked inviting (did not use) and front desk was top notch. My only complaint is the short toliets in the bathroom

Our stay was amazing! We had a night away . We went to and event at the hotel one door down. The location was amazing. It was close to everything! We loved it and will be staying again.

Staff was amazing! Ron was awesome and gave us a great room with an amazing view. Melissa in the lounge was amazing and was great with my mom and baby. Loved this experience, would definitely stay again.

Hotel was extremely nice and clean. We had a 4 o'clock check in and when we arrived we were told we had to wait because our room wasn’t ready. We waited about 30 mins.

The hotel smelled like propane. The bathroom counter was dirty. My coffee maker did not work properly. When I asked for a new coffee maker, I just got more coffee pods and creamer. The restaurant was not worth the price.

Check in was a hassle. Paid for a King bed room and when checking in was told that they had to pull all king bed reservations and we could only have two queens beds. The hotel management was kind and gave us vouchers for the adjoining restaurant, therefore we ate there for breakfast and can say that the food was subpar at best with few options. One of the many features that I have always appreciated about Marriott is their attention to customer service and their customer loyalty. Discovered that since I was booked through Hotels.com, I could not access my benefits nor would my app recognize the reservation. Very disappointing.

The two buildings are confusing. They can’t check you in from either side. Had to walk to the correct side and then move my car over to that side. Parking is far from the only entrance, and not free. I was given the incorrect room. I booked a king accessible with step in shower, and given a regular double bed room. The halls stink of cigarettes and the room stunk like a pool. Like wet pool towels. I had to run the fan on the air all night. By the time I had checked in parked came back and made it to my room to find all of this it was so late I just went to sleep instead of having to switch rooms. You can tell poor remodeling was done as well. There’s spots where you can see old water damage by the air vents, caulk covering bad tile/flooring, broken doors and stained doors, broken and very used furniture. The mini fridge was full of ice and wasn’t even cold. The bed sank to the floor when I sat on it. The only good thing, was the night view. THE LOBBYNIS NICE, and the pictures online LOOK nice as updated, but it’s the same as any other hotel. For $200+ a night, find somewhere else.

The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable, but I got put in an accessible room with a bathroom that had no shower separation. When taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor was soaked and water even leaked onto the carpet a bit. There was little to no sound proofing so I could hear anyone coming down the hallways when in the room.

Waited almost two hours for a room. Missed a reservation. Room appeared clean but the sheets had a stain, shower had stains, and the paper coasters for the drinking cups were definitely on their third or more use. Walls were paper thin and we didn’t get any sleep!

Overall average. The Sheraton side of the hotel Complex looks nice and clean, but Le Meridien looks like they put “lipstick on a pig.” Overall nice staff and love the location and convenience, but $25 nightly charge for parking is just “nickel and diming”, and unnecessary considering they had tons of parking available in the garage. If you are going to create these extra pockets of revenue and charge like that make sure the property lives up to expectations of the brand.

The property was clean. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. My only issue was the bathroom was small, barely can move in it. I couldn’t even be in the bathroom with my daughter. The flush of the toilet was very loud woke me up multiple time.

The price was good, considering we had to book a quick stay to attend a family funeral. Cool decor, nice staff, convenient location in the city. But we did see some bugs in the bed - eeek.
