This was the perfect place to stay for visiting the twelve apostles. So close and so quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception when we arrived. Everything was perfect and the shower was unbelievable on a cold night. Couldn’t fault a thing

Really quiet location, nice room and excellent service and staff. Thank you so much!!

Very good experience. Seems like the new owner is doing a great job at tidying the place up and buying new equipment such as smart TVs, exhaust fans in the bathroom, electric blankets and other equipment. We loved the location and the friendly dog as well. Very highly recommended
3.0
Our room was no hot water supply at that night, the staff gave an option to other room to take a shower, we are three women, my two friends from oversea, don't know English, everyone were worried going to other room took a shower. After a full day travelling, hot showers were our priority.
1.0
The dog there could understand English, but not the staff or people handling the property and no amenities were provided inside the room and even an used hand soap was left out in the bathroom with hairs left as it is everywhere. Spiders were seen crawling on the bed and under the sink in the bathroom and scared the hell out of us in the night. The heater was very loud and making thudding sounds whenever it auto stopped/restarted disturbing the sleep. Worst ever accommodations and for the exorbitant prices changed, never will recommend any one to this place ever, even if they give it for free. Not clean, not safe inside, not quiet. The TV is a small chinese table top TV where noting works and hardly any english channels to watch and not a smart TV either.

Beautiful natural surroundings, and peace and quiet abound
The manager Eric was friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the air con was a bit noisy, but it was warm and comfortable without it. We'll certainly come back.
Only a hop, skip and a jump to the 12 Apostles

It has to be renovated. 5 minutes drive to 12 apostles is great.

No services, Tv did not work, no milk or anything for tea/coffee or breakfast, no one in reception for any info, one person from China with no English speaking or understanding. Very much overcharged and should refund significant amount back. Rating is not high.

No available staff to assist- nil person in reception on arrival piece paper on desk to sign for key. Shower door broken, nil information available for use of TV to watch anything other than iview had to sign in using own account and password
Unit was clean unfortunately I forgot to empty rubbish bin when we left

Difficult check in with serious language barrier so unable to communicate. Bugs in room. Outside area unsightly. A dribble of water from the shower so no shower possible

Very disappointed with the location and state of the property. Says that it is within walking distance of the 12 apostles but it is a long way on a dirt track. We cut short our stay.
1.0
Unfortunately very disappointing. Our rooms were dirty, other people's hair were on the bathroom floor when we arrived, the shower was leaking, there were spider webs along the corners in the ceiling and the fly screens in our rooms where broken. The WiFi connection was inconsistent and poor. There weren't any staff member present when we arrived or left, so can't really rewiev their service.
I would recommend go drive in to Port Campbell and stay there if you need accommodation in this area.

The cottage is way past its prime. We chose it for the closeness to the Twelve Apostles. For what it offers the place is way too expensive. Do yourself a favor and continue driving to Port Campbell- it is close enough and you can easily drive back and forth. For food options you will have to anyway.

Great location at an affordable price 3km from the 12 apostles, comfortable bed.walls are very thin, could hear the family next door late in to the night and early morning, no milk for tea/coffee and confusing after hours checking in process.
2.0
Staff did not speak English and although restaurant advertised no food available. Also 3km up poor quality road so very difficult to go out anywhere (and only option would be the one cafe in port cambell).

Read some bad reviews and was hesitant to book , however it was a pleasant surprise . Room was roomy and clean , with large window with nice outlook .Bed was comfortable but not outstanding . A little noise from other rooms .

The overall experience is good. Convenient, affordable, and is good for backpackers like me.

On the internet it looks like a beautiful little set of cabins in the country side. Reality is they are a set of run down connected rooms where you can hear everyone talk. It’s in the middle of nowhere, no food nearby, closest place to eat was Port Campbell 12km away. Very dated. Everything is painted in colourful stripes and doesn’t give the bush feeling at all. We didn’t see any animals like the pictures on the internet either. There looked to be a farm next door but that’s about it.
At the end of the (dirt) road are the 12 Apostles but you would need to drive there. I would recommend looking for something in Port Campbell where you can find food and comfort.

I liked overnighting in a quaint cottage overlooking a farm. The rooms were comfortable and I would come back.

Perfect location, however the stained mattress was disgusting

Accommodation was tidy, yet very basic. Nothing from their website rang true for the stay as far as animals to feed or see. Quite isolated from shops, but right on the doorstep for the Twelve Apostles viewing. I would probably stay somewhere different next time, with a little more upkeep to the property. No dining or meals.

Such a charming place to stay...nice and close to major attractions. Keep up the great work!

The motel is only around 5 min drive from 12 Apostles. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin with a porch and big grassland in front of us. The cabin is very quiet and clean, and provide everything we need, including microwave, fridge, heater, cooktop, etc. Bed is very comfy. Highly recommend for people visiting 12 Apostles.

Power outage in cabin within 30 minutes of check in but lights still operating.
Moved to new cabin and no power or lights available here.
Proprietor said it was an external problem, low voltage or some such, no idea when it would be rectified. Said he had a generator but could not use until power failed completely.
Cold day (around 13 degrees) no power to run aircon, or electric blankets, no lights, no television, no refrigerator..
We had to leave and seek accommodation elsewhere.
We will be seeking a refund of our money!

New owners have only been there a month. They’ve got a lot of work to do. Rooms were comfy enough although the shower was not good and there was no lock on the bathroom door. It suited our purpose for a 1 night stay at a great location. Meals were available which was handy and were well priced.

Shower was not worldly at all.
The bathroom door was broken as well.

Amazing location, cute little ambiance. A quiet little heaven just in front of one of the most beautiful place on earth.
The owner are new (so disregard old reviews :) ), and have great plans to turn the place around with animals roaming around, feeding time, and vegetables to pick up directly on the ground. Will be an awsome place to visit as a family!

Great location, very close to the 12 Apostles. Lovely green outlook over paddocks. They have started some maintenance at the reception office and I would imagine they plan to continue with maintenance around the whole property. Pricing was appropriate. I would stay again. I do enjoy quiet venues. Thank you.

Very nice and secluded, the staff were lovely and it’s such a cosy little place to get away and relax with or without your dog also!
Only thing is it would’ve been better if the tv had more channels but it was great overall will be back again

you can enjoy nature here.

The property was well positioned for the customer to find and the area, it does need some upgrading t refresh the rooms, as upgrades, but it was suited to our needs.

Was dirty and unkempt. Not like the pictures. No restaurant available, had to leave due to overwhelming sewage smell. Still waiting for my refund.

A quaint place right near the 12 apostles.
