I booked this hotel for my daughter's 16th birthday. We had 2 rooms booked, and everything was perfect. I had told the hotel in advance that it was my daughter's birthday, and they left an adorable hand written card and little snack basket for her. It was so above and beyond!! We frequently stay in hotels, and I almost never write reviews, but this hotel deserves a huge rave. Everything was amazing and clean. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atrium is STUNNING!! It did NOT feel like you were in a hotel, and certainly not in Vernon! We live in the Okanagan, and I will definitely book this hotel again for any staycation, and recommend it to any friends and family coming to visit. ABSOLUTELY recommend!!!

This property has seen better days,still a nice hotel to stay in, pub grub very good. It could use a total reno, get rid of the old stuff,spruce up the rooms & do something about the route march from the lobby to some rooms,needs another elevator on the other side of the hotel.

0ne of the best holidays i had with my son and his wife and his kids.My daughter's son came with us as well. I phoned ahead of the trip and had a shower chair ready for me which made it so easy! With 6 of us the rooms were very spacious, lots of room to move around.

Being beside the pool was nice and convenient for our family however, our room smelled of mold and didn’t seem overly clean as there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom. The restaurants seemed like they would be good but when we sat down it took over an hour to get our food and when it did come out was missing parts of what we ordered, drinks came out 20 mins after you ordered them and for the price of things it just wasn’t worth it.

Our family just stayed here. It was our first time and our first time in Vernon. The attached restraunt brixx was wonderful!! Their specials are awesome deals. The weather was around 40 and our room was nice and cool same with the entire hotel. My only concern was how close the pool is to an indoor restaurant, but it never was a problem. Ooo also the pool is a little chilly. Otherwise great stay, comfy beds and very clean.

Prestige Vernon Lodge is one of two prestige hotels in Vernon. The lodge is quite a unique hotel in Vernon with the interior designed almost as a tropical oasis centred around a pool and cafe. Most notable is the friendly and professional service of the front desk staff. Notably the friendly Asian male at check in handled the check in quickly, friendly, and professionally. I also appreciate having assigned a corner room which was very quiet. The check out was equally pleasant and convenient. The bath amenities are also worth a mention with a variety of high quality sea-moss shampoo, conditioner lotion, and soap. The room was pleasant and well appointed. The shower and bathroom was modern and clean. The sheets and towel were clean. The only drawback to be mentioned was the carpeted floors which are quieter and cozier however not as hygienic if not regularly steam cleaned. In my case, one part of the carpet was noticeably sticky. However overall the room was clean where can be cleaned. Overall the Prestige Vernon Lodge is an excellent hotel in Vernon with special mention for the friendly and professional check in staff, the quality and soothing bath amenities, and the unique tropical interior. I would have no hesitation recommending the Prestige Vernon Lodge if you’re thinking of booking based on my experience. If you’re looking for friendly and professional service, comfortable and clean rooms, a modern bathroom with good shower pressure, comfortable bed, and unique interior.

This was clean and our room was quiet. The bathroom layout was tricky and the pool was shallow but we did not spend much time in either of these places during our stay.

Better signage about needing to use the only one elevator to access any of the floors. We followed the arrows with our wagon and did a few circles first before realizing we had to go to front again to use the one elevator. Our room was way over on the far side...mid 300s. Also...our room faced outer West side of building and never got cold enough during high heat days. They need better AC or more personal fans in those rooms. Inside atrium and pool was nice. We managed to have a team pizza party in the seating spaces available. Prices at Cabanas restaurant seemed a bit high for casual drinks and relaxation...and the Brixx Brewhouse (sports pub/grill) restaurant inside the hotel needs to work out some issues with new menu and serving larger groups. The salads were mediocre...they seemed to be more like 'salad in a bag' from grocery store with a few add-ons to make them different. The steak salad was not worth it. We would stay at hotel again but would definitely ask for an inner room with better AC.

Absolutely lovely stay with our dog, the atrium is gorgeous and I loved the breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Its the best hotel I have stayed at in Canada and for a decent price as well! Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
