They stay was okay. The room was spacious however I couldn’t relax due to the family above our room. There was several children running and making a lot of noise.

Well when we first got there we were unable to get to the door to unload due to personal conversations blocking the area. Then found out they did not have any key cards for the room. They had to let us in everytime we had to go back to the room. Whivh i made it very limited. The tv wasn't working, called was told they would be up. Hour later no one, then called again they had to talk to management, srill no tv after waiting maybe a hour. Went down not happy how things were going with our stay. Of course no action. Then had to get them to let me back in the room and got the tv going about 11pm. By this time i am tired and ready to relax and go to sleep. The next thing was the toilet set was moving due to it needed tighten. I happen to look and they have a ink pin trying to hold it in place. No joke. Smh. Water in the bathroom sink would hardly go down. Come to find out there was a bunch of nasty gunk in there behind the stopper. Gross stuff, even the toilet had crap around inside of the rim. After all that all i can could hear was noise and doors slamming most of the night. Very terrible experience.. would not allow me to lupload pics below.

Won’t be staying here again. No remote for tv. Front desk staff provided new remote, cable was out on tv. Staff kinda shrugged their shoulders about it as if it was an “oh well” moment. Ok, we’ll just get online. Nope. That was not functioning either. Finished w that place!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and awesome to work with. She checked us in the evening and was back the next morning with a smile. Breakfast was delicious.

The doors to the room don’t close properly. You had to slam them. So while we were sleeping other guests had to slam on the door to close it and that was around 1am and 3 am. Waking us out of our sleep twice. That’s the only reason for the 3 stars. Had I been able to sleep and the doors were in better condition they would have gotten 5 star

The room was comfortable for my family. The breakfast in the morning was quite disappointing. One of the waffle machines did not work and took over 20 minutes waiting to make waffles for my kids. Many staff around during breakfast, however, items were running out of stock and cleaning of food and dining areas were lacking.

I enjoyed my stay at the restaurant, however I found the breakfast very lacking. Only serving waffles, cereal and biscuits and gravy was not ideal. You should consider options for people who prefer a variety. I am diabetic and all that was offered was carbs.

Customer service was A1. The pool was very small. The breakfast set up was horrible. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. I loved the kitchen area with the full fridge. The fire pit and sitting area in front of the building wasn’t appealing. I was thinking about finding a new hotel but the front desk especially Mahogany was awesome.

This is lovely hotel. Love the convenience of having a kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The downside for us is the pet fee. $75 for one night for a hypo allergenic dog is steep to say the least. This info should be included in the booking website details. I emailed the hotel but they did not respond to my inquiry about the pet fee. Likely makes it not an option for future bookings.

Shower had an empty shampoo bottle and a tag from children’s clothing was stuck to the side of the shower (we didn’t have a child). Staff at check in was frazzled and she kept mentioning a new system. Not the hotel’s fault, but a large group of guests were loudly partying just under our window around 1am (we were on the second floor). Then around 2am-4am the party moved on our hall. There was obnoxious yelling, laughing and door slamming for two complete hours. We had to leave at 0500, so we got about an hour of sleep.
