Customer service was excellent. The kitchen staff, Lilia, sherry and the dark skinned lady with lights I forgot her name starts with and M we’re all very hospitable ! The fro t desk was very accommodating and friendly! We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfort was top of the line!

This is our second stay in a week. We are visiting family and have been very comfortable here. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely courtyard. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Lilia was particularly great!

Just stayed with my two little kids and husband. All of us loved the place for everything! Breakfast bar was decent for us to get the day started and the convenience of the location of the hotel was nice. Highly recommend!

We had never been to Portland before and decided to stay here. The area is a bit industrial and up and coming. The hotel was great and the free breakfast was a plus. However: the parking wasn’t super great: you either have to do valet or park on the street and pay or park in an adjacent lot (which we did). It wasn’t horrible, but across the street and near a train station that definitely had some questionable people. The hotel met our needs however. Next time though we will stay in another area that had more of the things we like to do. This area just wasn’t our favorite. But we enjoyed our stay and were quite comfortable.

Great stay with family. Only two thing not very pleasing is 1) the pet fee that wasnt clearly communicated in advance ($113 including taxes) and 2) no microwave in the room though the description listed it.

Friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor courtyard with 3 fire pits. Very clean. My only complaint is the indoor pool is always too cold. My granddaughter lives to swim in it but she can’t stay in long because it’s too cold.

Service was excellent. Hotel itself is very nice, and our room was very big, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed having the mini kitchen area with plates and cups, a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable (but was long enough and more comfortable to sleep on without pulling it out) and the pool we had been looking forward to using was quite small. In addition, while the hotel is attractive and well maintained, and the location is convenient, the area around it was not quite as walkable as I was hoping for. I wasn’t sure about the safety of some areas, so we ended up driving quite a bit but found parking pretty easily and had a great time.

The 1 bedroom suite with two queen beds was large and perfect for our family of two adults and 2 children. The property seemed recently renovated, the staff incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. Although we could at times hear footsteps from the room above us we never heard voices or plumbing sounds which helped us get a great nights rest. My only complaint would be the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, a Murphy bed would be a better option. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Josh from Valet services goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help out. I loved having the small kitchen in the room, there are washers and dryers too downstairs if needed. It was a convenient location to get in and out of the city. Outdoor area was pretty too. Overall, great stay.

As a single woman traveling for a conference, I felt safe in and around the property. With that said, the staff went above and beyond to be attentive, helpful friendly. No request was too small. Breakfast options were plentiful .. highly recommend

Great staff!!! Clean room! Walking distance to public transportation. Breakfast every morning, happy hour 5 to 6 every day. Good location, just be ready to do some walking and figuring out the trains, streetcar, make your life much better

Overall we had a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing parking is somewhat difficult. They do have valet option which is nice.

The property is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The room had all the amenities we needed and an ice maker in the freezer. The only unexpected thing was the keycard required for the elevator. The parking garage across the street was also unexpected that you have to pay for parking. It was $12 a day and right next to the train station. There were some vagrants around which I guess is common for downtown Portland. The hotel is in a central location that made access to attractions around the city within a short walk or drive which was very convenient.

What a wonderful place to stay long term or short! So spacious and comfortable! Very friendly staff from Wanda in the breakfast area to Daniel of the Valet! You really have a great staff of the friendliest people ever! I felt so welcomed!

Excellent service. Especially the front desk manager Natasha and folks at vallet. There is a conveniently located 3rd party parking structure just behind the hotel. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Portland.

I liked the friendly staff especially the valet who parked my car and brought my car around for the 4 days that I stayed. His name was Vihn. He was so courteous and always had a smile. The concerns I had were the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work and the laundry facility was definitely overpriced. I thoroughly enjoyed the outside area with a fire pit. It was very relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful.

This is our second stay at this hotel. And it’s relatively new and well thought out. Offers a decent complimentary breakfast. Before this stay I was happy to recommend it. BUT this time housekeeping was awful. They didn’t clean our room once during our three-night trip. I even called to let the front desk know after the first night. They said they would make a note of it but again after the second night our room wasn’t cleaned. Disgraceful. They least they could have done was make the bed. Very disappointed!

From the time got there we were greeted by the valet guy Josh. Everyone was great and customer service was great. It was clean and quiet. Made our stay in Portland enjoyable. My only critique would be to have a change machine in the laundry room. They did have all the change you would need at the front desk.
