The room had about a half dozen house flies flying around in it. Had trouble catching them as the Superior Room with kitchennete came with literally nothing in the cupboards (see attached pics). I asked the office for a vacuum so I can catch the flies, all they could produce was a vintage metal vacuum from the 50's era that was so dusty it didn't look like it had been used in 20 years. It was a very heavy upright vacuum that was usable to swing around in the air to catch flies. So I asked for a newspaper. Then I got killing the flies. The more I killed, the coming from somewhere, I could not find what hole they were coming in from. The place was dirty, came with nothing in kitchenette and the rack had no hangers for hanging coats/clothes. Worst motel I've ever been to (in Canada). App is not letting me post pictures. Interesting.

The room smelled like it had been used to film Cheech and Chong movie immediately after a garbage fire. My second night I found Bedbugs and immediately packed and left the hotel, never to return. On a related note bedbugs are larger than you might expect.

This place might be the worst hotel in canada. Wifi is very limited....i had to bring the manager router near my room to pick signals. Toilets are not clean. Bed sheets are very dirty full of spots and never been washed before. No room service...i stayed 2 nights and no one came to clean the room...no new towels for the second day or soap. Real filthy place.....if you dont believe this review....you will find out yourself!!!

It’s a ghetto place, needs repair and its expensive price 1 night. Another thing is get away from expedia cuz it’s a scam. When i booked the place it was one hundred seventeen dollars and i thought i already paid for it cuz it asked my credit info and and i entered it but when we’re already at the motel the the staff asked me for payment and from 1-1-7 it goes up to 1-5-8. Terrible experience overall. i change the numbering cuz thy just sent an email that i need to revise my review and will not post my review if i will not change it

Photos were deceiving. It was much more rundown than in photos. Not very clean and it looked like it really needs an upgrade. The staff was very nice, though and it was cheap. It fulfilled the need i suppose.

The receptionists are very friendly. The Motel looked like it was renovated in part. But there are lots of things that need to be improved. It looked like the tub in our room was not clean, and our room was very dusty, specially the tables ,etc There was a used towel in the shower curtain rod in our room, The TV that uses cable did not come with instructions, (a bit confusing) there is no bath mat provided, there is no hand towels, we only got 2 bath towels and One small face towel (not even 2 face towels). There is no place to hang clothes or there were no hangers. And depending on where you stay the main internet may not get to the rooms in one end of the complex.

The rooms have been renovated but the toilet was leaking water on the floor in the bathroom. The floors in the room where filthy as I walked around bare feet and my feet where black so I had to walk around my room with shoes on. I fully understand that nothing will happen about this and all I can do is never go back. I travel regularly and stay in many small motels.

I decided to give this hotel a try since we’re in the area to my knowledge. It seemed all right online so let’s give it a try. We get there and there’s cops in the parking lot people talking about breaking into our place. There’s no lock on the door except for the handle Bed was soaking wet when we got there. There was No toilet paper until I asked the guy I stayed there for an hour and then I left. I cut my losses before somebody cut me in the little bitty pieces. Hotels.com should reject this piece of garbage. I would ask for my money back, but they probably already spent it on drugs and alcohol.

Creepiest place I’ve even been to like a scary movie, in the middle of the woods and looks and smells awful scared to touch anything or sleep on the sheets provided. Totally falsely advertised, Room look nothing like in the photo…. Very disappointed and traumatized will never stay there again
