towels were soiled, leaking toilet, cutlery not set when arrived. wifi not working inside the room you need to go at the veranda, as soon as you enter the room it will be gone.

did not like the place was nothing like advertised picture the room we booked as per photo had a large lounge in it we had none there was no sink to wash up cups etc except for bathroom sink 2 adults and a 15yr stayed we had 1 teacup 1small coffee cup and 2 glass cups Maintance issues as well front door would not close properly unless slammed the door (Frame had been shaved down on the frame ) bathroom door on the inside had a crack through it the door were the vanity /sink area in bath room meet the door fame there was a large gap
one of the side lamps was missing the pull down string to turn it on there was a tiny piece we had to try and grab to turn the bed side lamp on
and she took a long time from confirming our booking to giving us our room key which made me think they may have swapped our room
this room also had a connecting door to the next room which we did not ask for
very different room to the nice photo show on web page also kitchen bent area also had lots of cut marks in the wood from knives and there was no table /bench to eat meals on only 1 small out door table on the patio the air conditioner was very old but it done the job was very disappointed with room as there was definitely no resembles to the photo on the wed site and as a customer that's what we rely on is accuracy in photos when booking accommodations we were there for the basketball competition held every year in Melb will not be booking here again

This motel is in a perfect location with just a short drive to the shops markets and places to eat. Room 34 has a newley renovated bathroom, but the rest of the apartment needs some work. The room was very dirty. The bench top had not been wiped clean, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and there was still food in the microwave from the previous guests. The bathroom floor looked clean, but after wiping up excess water, turned the white towel black. There was no wifi password provided. I pre-booked a 1 bedroom appointment with a kitchenette, but ended up with a small motel room with only a microwave. For the price of this accommodation, it is not too bad apart from the cleanliness.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Bathroom was dirty, power points didn’t work,no smoke alarm, no doona only sheets and a very thin blanket. Internet didn’t work at all in the room. No fresh towels (we were there for 3 days) never again

I liked the fact that the poor guy on reception (who told me that all of the rooms were in the same condition) did not hesitate in getting my room payment returned to me when I refused to use the room.
The carpet was exceptionally dirty and had not been vacuumed. It was lifting from the skirting in most places.
The furniture was badly damage with large wood chips missing from it. the timber finish had turned white.
The bed was is such a state that we would not consider sleeping on it.
There was a very strong musty smell of mold within the room,
The condition of the room was NOTHING like the room or any of the rooms displayed on their site.
We had just returned from overseas and I was embarrassed to think that an overseas visitor may think that this is the norm in Australia.

Unfortunately there is nothing positive to be said about this property. They should have paid me to stay there. The room had not been cleaned. There was food and empty drink bottles in the kitchen cupboards from previous guests. The drinking glasses were filthy. The carpets were wet in patches (right near our heads next to the bed) due to mould so had to breathe that in as we slept. Smoke alarm had been cut off the wall and not replaced so wires were hanging out the wall. The bathroom had not been updated from what seems like the 80s I only wish I could add photos to this review because you could not understand how bad it was unless you saw it. When I complained about how filthy the room was they said they didn’t have anyone to clean it. My husband and I had to go to Coles and buy cleaning products just to make it minimally liveable for our children. Sketchy people also lurking around the building. You might ask why did we stay and not leave? It was Taylor Swift weekend in Melbourne and every where else was booked out. When my husband went to complain a second time they offered to discount our rate by $50 for the first two nights and then move us to a better room on the second two nights. We asked to view the second room first and it was a room no bigger than my lounge room with a queen bed, double bed and single bed all squashed in for the four of us. We originally had two rooms and two bathrooms. NEVER NEVER stay here. They don’t care about anything but taking your money.

Lasted under 10 minutes in the room and needed two days to forget the smell of mould and who knows what else. Absolute joke how they can stay in business.

This accomodation was absolutely disgraceful. The room was filthy, run down overall very poor. I booked for three nights and left after the first night. I made to complaints and nothing was done to rectify the problem. My room wasn’t even serviced for new towels or amenities. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, it’s basically an Indian function centre attached to a motel. Not recommended.

Staff were fine but the place is very run down, old and dirty… broken toilet roll holders, broken shower screen, very old inside room, mouldy bathroom roof, back door lock not even a lock, outside bins very smelly, tape over PowerPoints, the list is endless! Spend the extra money and stay else where!

The place was nice and quiet which was nice however there were some safety and comfort concerns.
There were no fire extinguishers in the room and none of the appliances have had their electrical test and tag done since 2016.
The air conditioning also did not work and when I reported it to the staff nothing was done to fix it.

I liked waking up to the view of the pool and garden area
The carpet and entrance tiles had been updated, nice colors. Bed was comfy and pillows. Good size room with extra setting inside and on the balcony. The restaurant cafe serves Indian dine in and takeaway, I love Indian curries and Nan bread. What i disliked was A heap of males crowding the front entrance to the reception, standing around talking, i had to go through the cafe, as i could not see the entrance. When arriving late at night in the dark it makes it very difficult to see signs. Many smoke butts outside on the ground of the reception entrance, looked rough neighborhood. bathroom requires updating, much wear and tear. Someone tried opening my door through the night, maybe they had the wrong room? People opposite were out on the balcony and were noisy for many hours. Could not find a remote for the cooling, was a switch on the wall beside the bed. No bedside lights, main switch on the wall, The room was very warm and stuffy. Big sliding glass door and windows to the balcony.

So I booked this motel in a hurry due to a rushed trip to Dandenong,all we wanted was a bed and a shower for the night ,upon booking I went back and read all the reviews and started to worry what had we gotten ourselves into 😨!!!
Upon arrival I walked into the reservation desk and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who gave me our key and directed me to our room .
Mentally I was now in panic mode ....
What was I about to walk in to !!!!!
Yes it needs a coat of paint ,yes it's slightly outdated and maybe someone should rehang the drapes lol but it was all we needed and it had clean sheets ,clean towels and was generally clean ...
Only thing I would suggest is bring your own pillow ,they are quite thin 😊
But of a rest and we decided it's time to eat ,let's go to KFC it's easy and close we thought ,then I remember they had a restaurant so I popped back to the reservation desk and asked about their food $20 per person buffet sri lankin food ,well omg never tried it before but hey I love hot food ,it was beautiful!!! The service was fantastic,they were so concerned to our needs bringing icy cold strawberry and mint drinks !!!

The room was dirty and very poorly equipped. Sheets on the bed with one blanket folded on the bed, no spare blankets. Faulty swith on the jug. Vanity cupboard door hanging off. Stains and burn hole in the couch. Someone came knocking on the at 8.30 to enquire if we were leaving that day.
