The staff were friendly and efficient right from check in to check out. The room was clean but could use some tender loving care, i.e. a piece of moisture stripping was missing from the bottom of the shower door and water ran out on the floor when showering. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location had easy access to the highways.

When we arrived everything seemed fine. It was late, we had been on the road all day so we were tired. In the morning, I noticed that a used bar of soap was in the shower and the shampoo offered were little travel bottles. I mentioned this to my family and thats when my son explained that his bed sheets were covered in chip crumbs. He noticed the night before and shook them off the bed but didn't say anything to us as we were just exhausted. This is absolutely disgusting and means that he slept in dirty sheets someone had used the prior night and likely we did too. Aparently the staff just pulled the comforter back on the bed and pulled the dirty towels out and replaced, hopefully with fresh ones. We will never know. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

Conveniently located to the casino. Gas station next door. There are not a whole lot of restaurants in the vicinity, however there are several down the road. Beds are comfortable but very high off the floor. Difficult for older individuals to get in and out of bed. The continental breakfast was good.

I was unable to make the trip due to unforeseen circumstances . I notified Hotels.com asking for a refund although I booked the reservation where no refunds were given.l. The agent was very kind and was to reach out to the hotel requesting the refund. I have never gotten a response.

The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in several days and the bathroom floor was disgusting. The mattress and boxsprings were terribly stained. The room smelled terrible. Several items were not in working order. When we got home we washed all of our clothes and our bags for fear of bedbugs. The Excellent rating for this hotel was absolutely not correct.

Another dated hotel. Shower door was missing all but 6" of its waterproof stripping, thus causing bathroom floor to flood after a shower. Towels were too brief to sop it all up. Floor stripping in shower was moldy. How could that happen? A shot of chlorox would have cleared that up.

We liked that it was close enough to the highway for easy access but not so close to hear the noise. The floors could have been cleaner in the room and under the sink there were signs that the sink had been leaking a while.

My only complaint about the motel was that the refrigerator didn’t get cold. We had to get ice to keep our things cold. Staff looked at it but said that it was a “glorified cooler”. I have never had this issue at any place that we have stayed. It was very inconvenient. Then, some of the other guests around room 127 or 129 was smoking pot and it was pouring out into the hall. I would not have expected that in a nicer facility.

The property was nice . Unfortunately at 4:30p my room was still not ready it was just being cleaned as they were short staffed . So I went out shopped and dined . Room was spacious. Shower has no hot water so had to take a cool shower . Luckily it was summery day out or that would not be very good . Otherwise great place close to lots of things to do and places to dine. I stay again

Best part of the stay was the full breakfast and the free shuttle to the casino. Delicious food with a variety of items to choose from. Friendly driver. Atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and warm. Room is adequate size but bathroom/shower area is tight. Outside sink area is also a tight squeeze. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were tiny for a king sized bed. Toiletries were minimal, no conditioner or body wash only two tiny shampoo bottles and two tiny soaps. Asked about conditioner, front desk person scrounged up one that I swear was used, as it seemed half empty. Said they were "waiting for the truck to bring it". No charging ports for USB or USB-C cords, only standard outlets which thankfully worked with adapters! Cleanliness is something to be desired. Bathroom shower floor corners were moldy, all the hinges had disgusting pink bacterial sludge surrounding them which I wiped off with toilet paper. Shower had barely any place to put the tiny toiletries on or my wash cloth. Soap dish in shower was slimy and not clean. No tissues in the dispenser, had to ask for them upon arrival. Grossest thing was some "unknown" wrapped item (looked like a used tampon) underneath the plastic bag inside the ice bucket. Clean bag was just sitting on top of it with mold or something growing on the bottom of the bucket. Even the manager was disgusted after I gave it to him. Probably would not stay here again unless changes are made.

I normally stay here all the time in my trip to Erie but this stay was the worst. Keys to the room had to be changed over 7 times because the doors kept resetting. Smoke free hotel but the whole entire 4th floor smelled like cigarettes which flared my allergies. I remember the beds being more comfortable than this. Beds are horrible now and pillows are super small. Will not stay here again. Highly disappointed.

It was ok, the staff were very helpful and amazing! The room was average, bathroom had a musty smell to it and the shower curtain was moldy, breakfast was good with a lot of options, payed for the hotel through hotels.com but when I did the online reservation it also charged my card although I already paid, staff fixed this as soon as I brought it to their attention, overall it was an average stay, the staff are what really made the stay better!

Someone entered my room at 11pm - the hotel had me in another room in the computer but gave me a key to another room! Very disturbing to have someone walk in and wake me up…. Couldn’t sleep after that and in the morning the clerk seemed to blame me??

Would give only one star except that the housekeeping tried hard to take care of our concerns. Poor management. Had to ask several times over 2 days to get extra pillow. Toilet seat hinge was broken, took 3 days to get that repaired. Key card constantly failed to open door. Luggage carts are worn out & broken. Would not recommend this place.

They are okay, They didn’t fullfill my requirements as requesting to have a room in the 1st floor or near to elevator almost a week ago but they failed to give one. Breakfast sucks , they have a decent rooms and clean bathrooms and clean beds
