Overall my stay was very, but I use hair conditioner and the bottle in the shower was empty, breakfast which is included with my stay was not available to me, I was told that I could purchase their breakfast if I would like

Overall my stay was good. There was a bar of used soap in the shower that looked like it had been there for a while and of course made me feel ick in our room. Just took away the enjoyment of getting away for our anniversary to stay in a dirty room 😣

To be fair, they do have a sign apologising for the renovations. How are you supposed to know that prior to booking??? The rates are still the same! Huh, that seems fair… We arrived at the hotel 30 mins prior to check & were allowed to check in, great. We were given a third floor room directly across the haul from a major room renovation. There were workers hammering away, sheet rock dust clouding the hall, sheet rock crumbles in the hall, our room filled with Sheetrock dust from the sanding. The room smelled musty, the sheets seemed dingy not well put on the bed. Not a comfortable night sleep. Only two towels for a reservation for 4. I’m a Bonvoy member & I try to be loyal but this could be better. Maybe after they finish renovating??

Entire floor smelled of mildew when getting off elevator . Room had the same bad odor. Bathroom shower was not cleaned and trim was dirty and yellowish. Wall paper was coming off of the walls. Only stayed 1 night

I was very out done with the bathroom! The commode was not stable and very low to the floor. It rocked side to side. There was a terrible odor in the hall by the elevator. The staff at check in was not available a couple of times. We had stayed at this location one other time, but I’m sure this was our last stay.

This was a stop on our way south for the winter. Hotel is nice but not in an easy locaton to get to. Very busy area. Breakfast is not included but available for a price. Was quiet and comfortable.

Stayed one night, and that's all we could probably stand. Room smelled like the AC needed so cleaning. Found a cookie that was full of mold. Carpet in the hallway needs so deep cleaning. Other issues too but overall not what we were expecting from a Courtyard.

Front staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was the air conditioner did not work very well. However the desk clerk tried to fix the problem. The other negative was the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Other then that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Would stay again.

Pillow cases dirty had makeup smudges and hair, called front desk and was told they “usually change the bed sheets” & was moved to another room, one of the beds in the other room wasn’t clean so we all slept on the other. Water was brown and toilet paper had poop smudge on it. Just overall bad experience and won’t be going back.
