The front desk staff was terrific. The room was serviceable. LIghting wasn't great which gave it a very dark, depressing feel. Room was clean and quiet.

If you don't put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, they will knock until you answer at 8am to see how soon you are leaving. There were also brown stains on the pillowcases.

The hotel is ok but it reads like they have a regular sit down restaurant which we didn’t see. There was no bar really to speak of. The bar and an order for something to eat was at a small counter with 1 person, however it was manageable.

Not a fan of paying $200 per night and the hotel doesn’t even have complimentary coffee in the morning for it’s guest. Deal breaker for me strictly on general principle. Very nice conditions but will never stay at this hotel franchise ever again.

I stayed here years ago and enjoyed my stay and the property is kept up very well. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Road to the hotel needs to be paved again. It is in poor condition and also not easy to find.

Put in a room that had a closed adjoining door . People next to me were loud. Also only one plug in the room and no plugs by bed. Room was clean. Nice bathroom No coffee even in lobby . Everything had to be purchased.

Was nice but keys didn’t work. Front desk lady was hustling to open rooms for people while trying to get key programmer working. Breakfast was good, but pricey.

I usually live staying at Courtyard properties. The one in Bethlehem PA was fantastic. This one was nice too but the one in Bethlehem was more friendly in the sense that the staff would make you a cup of tea anytime and not charge you. I miss the continental breakfast in all the courtyards. This one I stayed in the last 2 days was very clean. They were cordial and courteous but the one in Bethlehem was warm and inviting.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area. Room price has definitely gone up. On the other hand if you want a very clean and comfortable place to stay this hotel is the one.

why the bar and restaurant were not open on a Friday night was puzzling. No Water in our room...Complete rip-off!
Room carpet was dirty. First and last time we stay there.

The staff were 1st rate -- helpful, friendly, and professional. I am in a wheelchair and found the rooms very wheelchair friendly. The rooms and facility were very clean and well maintained,

It was so quiet and clean. Chrissy at the front desk was lovely. As noted there is no free breakfast and the service for Starbucks coffee is a little pricey but so many restaurants so close by…also the ‘bar’ is not open on weekends. We booked an extended king room online but hotel.com gave us regular king room. It was cozy but only 1 tv. Honestly I really liked this place and will book again if coming. It’s close to everything but back off road surrounded by mountain and tree views. The pool is tiny. The weight room is decent.

Stayed here with friends for a concert at the arena. We did uber there but walked back. The walk is a half mile on a busy street and then up a hill to the hotel. There were traffic directors most of the way after the concert.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No safe in the room. The room does seem a little small the way the couch was situated. The staff was friendly, a little frazzled at check in as their computers were acting up. They resolved the issue quickly. There is a “bar” in the lobby which opened at 5pm. Limited selection and the desk girl was the bartender. Still very pleasant service, it just was not the typical hotel bar. There was a large variety of snacks and drinks, frozen meals in the lobby for purchase. We were able to order delivery after the concert. There is ample comfortable seating in the lobby and out back for hanging with friends.
The room had a tiny refrigerator, and a microwave. The tv was nice and swiveled towards the bed or the couch. I unfortunately was not impressed with the gym/pool area. It was small and stuffy. The gym looked clean but tight and very limited equipment, even for a hotel. The pool was small and very uninviting, did not look like the picture. This was disappointing as I wanted to get in a workout and swim in the AM, but decided to skip it.
Overall a decent one night stay. I would consider staying again for an event at the arena. There are 10 hotels close by which have competitive rates.

We didn't realize at booking time that breakfast was NOT included. What was offered for breakfast was over priced.
We had a King suite which included a sofa pull-out bed. The mattress was in terrible condition. We borrowed the mattress from the pull-out bed from the room next to us where a friend was staying, and put that one on top of ours. For the price, I expected better than that from a Marriott Hotel. Very disappointed.

Tucked away on a dead end with no through traffic was perfect. The front desk attendant was so helpful, friendly and full of information. Our room was clean and the decor was unique and calm. We will be staying here again!!

Room was ready and clean and convenient. Couch had a tear and the floors were worn looking. Heat and a/c worked well. Greeting was friendly and timely. All in all a nice stay .

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient, Dorie was especially helpful in assuring we had a wheelchair accessible shower. A continental breakfast is not included- complimentary coffee is provided in the hotel room but no tea. There is a starbucks in the lobby where one can purchase breakfast sandwiches and specialty coffees and teas.

Courtyards are always a good stay.

We like coming here because the beds are actually comfortable. Our only issue with them is the sheets seem to be a bit small and keep pulling off the corners.
This last visit we had an issue with noise above us and I had to call at 11pm to the front desk to get it to stop. 30 mins after my first call, I called again and said it was still noisy and was told, "Yeah its just some kids". So I said, "Yeah, so tell them to stop." They finally did, but not a good last night when needing to be up at 3:30am to get to the airport.
