The property was great. Very convenient location. We could have walked to restaurants but chose to drive. I was able to see other reviews left by others who had stayed here before to understand you just walk up to your room and the key is in the door. We never received contact from the owner and there is no one on site to check you in, so I was thankful for seeing what a previous review had mentioned. The pool was lovely. Overall we loved our stay here (beds was VERY soft, a small note, if you need a firm bed). Todos Santos is beautiful and we look forward to returning.

What a beautiful little hotel. Only 4 rooms on the property, with a gorgeous courtyard and pool area surrounded by palm trees. It's a little oasis after a coming home from a day at Cerritos beach or exploring Todos Santos. Alice was amazing—and hilarious. Very laidback place, check-in /check-out very casual. This felt like a hidden gem and not touristy at all, would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Posada del Molino. It was a bit of an oasis from the dusty dryness of Todos Santos. The pool and area were both beautiful and well maintained, surrounded by palms, flowers, a variety of plantings and a little history. The room and decor were pleasantly traditional, clean and inviting. For me, the bed was too soft but not a deal breaker. Perhaps a little pricey but with the amenities offered, certainly in line with the prevailing hotel rates in the area. Our stay was most enjoyable.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous pool and patio. Very spacious room/bungalow with a full kitchen. Shower didn't have much water pressure, but that's not unusual for a little beach town. Bed was really comfortable!

Difficult to find from directions given. I would have selected something more upscale had other hotels been available. But it was clean and quiet and had a small kitchen as advertised. Good value for a budget traveler

Only 4 rooms total, no staff on property. Beautiful old sugar mill with machinery still on property. Quiet, beautiful and private grounds with salt water pool and turtle pond. Walking distance to most downtown stores/restaurants. Very comfortable beds, soft towels, full kitchenette with dishes, coffee maker, fresh water… TV and cable. I will stay there again.

The rooms are charmingly simple just a little outside of the centre of Todos Santos. All fine if the host Alice would be kind enough to pick up the phone and welcome the guests when they arrive. We got there and had no indication of where to go or what to do, and no one was picking up the phone. Alice only showed up 40mins later without any apology (because we sent an email). We did not see her for the rest of the stay only late on the last night to pick up the remaining money for the room (required in cash). At that time the neighboors were having a full on karaoke night making it impossible to sleep, but Alice made it clear there was nothing she could or would do and that we just had to get on with it, even if the party would go on until 4am. Pretty lame given the price of the hotel. Overall, it was a disappointment, mainly because of the attitude of the host.

Its hard to call it a hotel, since it has no staff! There is only one entrance, from a back steet, but safe, even walking, a white board with your name and room on it there are only 4 and the key in the door, thats it, leave as you arrived.Has a nice pool, sun chairs, what else does one need?Walk to all restaurants. Very relaxing.

I was so happy with our accommodations at the Posada del Molino! Centrally located, walking distance to everything, a great pool, spacious and clean and the beds were even comfortable which is something I have rarely come across when traveling in Mexico. The private courtyard and pool was a total plus and the hotel has a great boutique feel. I don't have enough good things to say about our stay. Our host Alice was incredibly accommodating and her daughter owns a terrific health food store less than a block away! Todos Santos in general is a great place to visit and staying at Posada del Molino made it even more memorable.

Although it’s run a bit unconventionally, Posada del Molino and its owner, Alice, are just delightful. There is no office, so when you arrive, you find your name on a whiteboard with your room number. The little efficiency is charmingly decorated in a cheerful, colorful Mexican style, with attention to detail. The wrought iron table and chairs are echoed in a kitchen shelf with just enough dishes and glasses. A microwave and little fridge, along with a coffeemaker, make it easy to enjoy breakfast, a snack, or leftovers. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Outside, two tile tables and benches are beside a trickling fountain, separated from the pool by hibiscus and bougainvilleas. The overall effect is tranquil and soothing. The property is next to a health food store/cafe on one side and a bar/grill on the other, very convenient. Downtown is an easy walk of six blocks, and you certainly don’t need a car to get around. That said, Alice gave us a ride to the bus station so we wouldn’t have to haul our suitcases. The only drawback might be that the internet is spotty, so if you need to always have a strong connection, you might be frustrated. All the guests who came and went during our four night stay seemed well pleased, as were we.

We were disappointed that there was no checkin, contact info, and checkout info. We had a problem with the ceiling fan and had to bother the next door guest for the owner/mgr contact info!

I wrote in advance and there was an iron and hair dryer in our room. It was a great place to stay, walking distance to everything in Todo Santos. The room was very spacious and clean. Parking was a breeze. I wish we had more time to enjoy the garden and pool.

The hotel is classic old 'Baja' - nice, comfortable, wooden doors, etc. Biggest problem was trying to pay for the room. You don't get any notice - just recieve a 'request from paypal'. Then, to pay, you can't use a credit card, you have to deposit $ to a paypal account, go back online and pay them...total pain...I actually got an email from them asking me to drive to a mexican bank and make a deposit to their peso account...like the hotel, I go to Todos Santos a lot, but the complication of paying their bill is something that puts me off the place completely. Hotels.com needs to get this one cleared up.

Quaint location with pool that was very cold, self check in with not service for our 2 day stay. Bed was hard and lousy pillows. very expensive for the money. No TV channels all snow on a 15 in TV. We had friends in the RV park or we would have been disappointed for the money. Our neighbor was extorted and scared of a local he encountered at the gas station next door.

This is the one place we always stay when heading to Todos Santos. Great location just off the beaten path yet close to everything. Property is beautiful, small and quaint allowing quiet time around the big pool deck or BBQing in the courtyard. Rooms are old world Mexican charm but in great shape with plenty of amenities. At night, walk down to their restaurant for some of the best ribs ever!

Our first holiday in Mexico, and staying in these accommodations was for my wife and I a treat. It's not meant to be a "Holiday Inn." One does get the flavour of the town and some of the history and the opportunity to meet some wonderful people of Todos Santos.

Perfectly located, easy to walk into town yet you're away from any craziness! Didn't get a higher rating for two reasons. We just happened to come when the staff was cleaning...there's no check in! Had we not seen them, we would have had no idea where to park, which room was ours, etc. We came back around 10pm and the gate was locked. Thank goodness staff was still in the bar and could direct us. Other people arrived after us to check in and lugged their luggage around looking for anyone to help. Our mattress sagged in the middle...time to upgrade bedding!

Friendly staff (proprietor's son on property),spacious studio. No office, check-in at cantina (Chill n Grill) next door. My room needed a tad bit of maintenance, door off hinges. However, pool, grounds and overall vibe of place will have me returning for a stay. Clean for rural Mex. Thanks,Gabe&staff!

I had neglected to confirm my reservation, but our hostess was gracious and accommodating. We loved our spacious, air conditioned room. Decorated and appointed in Mexican quaint, the room had a kitchenette; we were supplied with fresh drinking water for our stay. Everyone was friendly to us including the neighbors, the staff, and the local restaurateurs.
