Worst shower head ever......The nozzle was so clogged water barely came out. It was one of the king rooms with a wand shower. No pne was at desk during checkout so. compliant could not be made. Positve note when I checked in the front desk clerk was great.

The good was the wonderful woman running the breakfast buffet. She was so polite and friendly and so sweet with our kids. Honestly the only reason I did not leave a 1 star. The staff at reception were unprofessional, one even going as far as dropping an f bomb, stating to another guest “let me see what the f&$@ is going on.” Which took me back a second. I think this was a first for me. As far as the quality of the facility, the breakfast, again was the shining star, but the pool was green and gross and the hot tub was wrapped with caution tape, obviously unusable. The room itself was connected to another, with trash from the previous guest still in the trash can. The outlets didn’t work, which we found out after our phones had not charged through the night. We stayed for two nights, family of five, and we received 4 towels, no cleaning, no trash removal. We could have went to the front desk, but again they were not the most approachable. As I’m writing this I’m becoming more frustrated about the stay so I will close here. I would not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only a single night before a WVU football game. The room was excellent - very roomy and in excellent condition. The only thing I didn't like is that the air conditioning blows cold air right across the bed, It is difficult to find just the right amount of covers to keep from either freezing when it is on, or roasting when it is off. The breakfast included eggs and potatoes with sausage and peppers, as well as waffles and the usual continental breakfast items. The eggs had the consistency of the powdered eggs we used to get at scout camp. All of the staff we came in contact with were nice. The property is in an area of other hotels, stores, and restaurants, so it was a short trip to dinner.

I enjoyed the variety of breakfast items. It was good coffee also. I would recommend that if the pool shall ever be closed again, they give a discounted on the rooms.. several people book hotels based on a working pool.

The building was nice, but there were several things broken - the swimming pool and the coffee machine. They provided coffee, but no hot water for tea. The carpets were dirty, the room smelled sweaty, like maybe the comforters needed to be washed. Our dust allergies went crazy. There was food left on the floor in the exercise room for 2 days until I put it in the trash can. But the bathroom was clean.

This hotel was adequate, but far from amazing. The room was clean, but old. Same for the lobby area. The breakfast was sad unless the only thing you like to eat is bread products. The mattress was comfortable - a definite plus. But we were very much looking forward to the hot tub at then end of a long vacation. The pool looked gross - questionable water. The hot tub was the SAME TEMPERATURE as the pool. I reported it to the front desk and they were unconcerned and unapologetic. Customer service is dead.

The pool was not working and no refund was offered. There was mold in the bathroom shower, hair on the bathroom floor, they couldn’t even change the toilet paper they just left old empty rolls on the rack. The front desk didn’t appear to be happy to be there. The breakfast was good and the staff that did that was good.

The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. Sadly, the pool was closed for renovations, and that was the whole reason we came to the hotel. My daughters invited friends for a birthday sleepover, and swimming was their number one request.

The room was really great. The corners of the shower did have mold in the caulking. My husband and I both did wake up achy from the mattress. You could really replace the pillows and mattress They were awful lumpy. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was awesome!

I would describe it as deceptively dirty. Now understand, I used to own a professional cleaning company so I look at cleanliness differently. The headboard on our bed was disgusting. I found a bug crawling on me during the night. The grout in the bathroom was filthy and probably has not been properly cleaned in years. And why do I say that, because in the open areas the grout is black, under the sink it is tan. The breakfast served was adequate. Both days we ate there the eggs were cold, the sausages on one day were cold and greasy. We went to IHOP the next day. The pool was closed and when we asked at the desk they kind of brushed us off with no explanation as to why or how long it would be closed. We asked about the points for staying at your hotel and from the explanation we received it didn’t seem to be worth it to sign up.

We’ve stayed at comfort inn suites at other places before especially while breaking a road trip for rest at night. But this place was far off from the reviews. The carpet needs basic vacuuming, some deep cleaning for the several large stains, a fresh coat of paint on the walls (there was something that looked like dried blood on our bathroom wall), basic housekeeping like clean floors when entering the room and sinks that drain. Also paper thin walls, can hear everything from people walking above your floor to people talking next door. Wouldn’t stay here again for these reasons. We paid close to 150$ for Friday night, hence expected better. The saving grace was wonderful staff at the reception who seemed like they were genuinely pleasant- both at night during check in and during check out.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The stay overall was fine. Very comfortable bed, enough room for 4 adults and 2 children, granted there was bed sharing involved. My room had a few broken and damaged areas (the wall and a broken lightbulb cover) so I addressed this with the front desk as soon as we got to the room to make sure we wouldn’t be charged or not refunded our deposit. The pull out couch was pretty stained and the head board and hand prints all over it, and so she allowed us to switch rooms. Our new rooms only issue was mold in the bathtub. You can tell this area isn’t cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was pretty decent. On the weekend they had waffles and pancakes to make yourself which I liked. Overall, it was a decent stay and would probably stay again if I didn’t want to try a new place. Price was best in the town for the days we needed and for the amount of people we had.

Everything went smoothly 😀 hooray!!! I booked and paid in advance and it was great. I requested king bed suite..which I got. Room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have the TV on a swivel so you could turn it toward the bed or the couch depending on where you are sitting...and the coffee was not good but not worth taking off a star for. Enjoyable stay

Staff was friendly, room size was great for what we needed. Cleanliness was not there. The floors throught the hotel needed attention. Thats not why im mentioning this, we got our room floor wasnt to bad. However exploring the room we discovered we had no soap to wash hands, which again no big deal. We open the closet and there was a dirty wash rag and towel. I went to complain about the dirty towels. We were offered another room, thats not what we wanted just to have the towels removed. They were never removed them. Its crazy that other reviws talked about the cleanliness of the hotel and nothing was done. Other that hotel staff was good and it was a nice hotel.

If you look at the pictures of this place they’re too good to be true. Rooms are dated(which I have no issue with) but it was filthy. Crumbs on the floor and around the bed. Mold in the grout and caulk in the shower. The foldout couch in the room has crumbs in it and was stained. Odd stains on both the head boards and what appeared to be a splatter of blood on the one wall. My wife wouldn’t take her shoes off in the room. Only reason we didn’t leave was we drove 10 hours and were traveling with 3 kids and were exhausted. The beds themselves were pretty cozy. The breakfast in the morning was the best part of the stay. Everything was hot and fresh. I saw a lot of so so reviews and was hoping we would have gotten a cleaner room but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

Everything was great, the only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was the overpowering chlorine while visiting the pool. My kids and I were very happy to have the pool available to us but we didn’t last long since it was very strong and had leave only after a short time.
