Great location with a couple restaurants within walking distance. Check in was very Blah, we didn't even get notified on pool hours, and breakfast or even checkout time. Breakfast was par although it was taken down very hastily about 10min to 10am.

This hotel is in very poor condition. The carpets were absolutely filthy. The breakfast was good, but they didn't have enough for everyone who wanted to eat. I noticed a sign on the front desk saying that the CDC said they didn't have to clean the rooms for multiple night stays anymore, and as we were staying for 4 nights and I feel that part of why we choose a hotel over an Air BnB is because the room will be neat and clean upon our return, I asked how often they would be cleaning the room and the receptionist replied "every 2-3 days". So I pressed her as to whether is was "2" or "3" days. She assured me it would be every second day. When the room hadn't been cleaned or even fresh towels delivered by the 3rd day I asked the cleaning staff to clean the room before our return for the night. Disappointingly, upon our return, we discovered the room had in fact not been cleaned. I went to ask the front desk about it and she claimed staff shortage, however, I saw not indication they were advertising for more staff anywhere. The gal at the front desk was gracious and quickly supplied me with fresh towels. We would not have stayed at this hotel if we had known that the room would not be cleaned at all on over the course of our stay. I will be writing an email to Best Western's head office.

The only thing negative I can say is the people in the room above us were extremely loud all night long. I was awake until after 1:30 and they were stomping or jumping off the beds or something all night. Other than that, the hotel it's self was clean, friendly, good breakfast and convenient

Location of the hotel is good. Close to shopping and restaurants, some within walking distance. The front desk associate seemed a bit clueless of the reservation system and could not find our second room at first. The beds are comfortable but we found a pair of dirty socks under the sheets of one of the beds, making the cleaning of the rooms between guests very questionable. The hotel itself is clean, parking is easy, and breakfast is decent.

We liked the hot breakfast buffet with so many choices including cereal, 3 different types of bagels, toast, muffins. Each day had a different main option for the hot breakfast such as Monday had eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties. Spacious rooms and beautiful layout of the place.

We arrived with our dog and were put in room 309 which is a pet friendly room. The room smelled awful and had many stains on the carpet. I spoke to the front desk, mainly because I didn’t want to be charged for any damage, but, also, because I wanted to move. But, they were sold out. In the morning I spoke to the manager, who did offer a discount, which I appreciated, but declined. This is not the point. She was very pleasant and apologetic and explained they are changing out the carpet. I suggested that until they do they should not rent that room. Our dog is potty trained, quiet and never causes any damage. We could have been put in any room and you would never know he was there. But, I understand not all rooms can be pet rooms because of people with allergies. We travel with our dog all the time and unfortunately will most likely not stay here again. It is probably a great place. Everyone was pleasant and the worker who does breakfast is one of the hardest workers we have ever seen. Like I said we stay in hotels often with our dog. I do not want another person to get room 309 before the carpet is changed.

Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Room was adequate, beds comfy. Smoking spaces close to the hotel entrances were not cool. Exercise facility was okay and they offer Anytime Fitness pass. Breakfast was okay, get there early. It’s busy and they didn’t put any more eggs out after 8:30.

Motel. Very clean & service okay.Several workers didn’t show up on morning of July 28. One person checking people out & making breakfast. The gal worked hard & fast. One problem: mattresses weren’t very good, too soft! Affected my sleep.

Pillows were thick but the bed had a thin blanket rather than a super thick comforter- perfect! The room was 67 degrees so we let it warm up a bit so that we weren’t cold on summer clothes. Great shower.

We chose the Best Western based on their location and parking lot since we were traveling with a trailer. There was plenty of space to park and a lot of open area to walk our dogs. All areas we visited, the front desk, breakfast area, pool, and our room was well kept. Overall, it felt like a friendly environment and we will definitely be coming back.

Small rooms, poor internet, cable tv only (no streaming capability.) The room was fine to stop and sleep for the night, but the amenities are sorely lacking for the price relative to the quality of the hotel brand. If I stayed in Bismarck again, I would choose other accommodations.

Another late check in that went off without a hitch at this clean and great Best Western. Even though I had dyed my hair and was wearing a hat and sunglasses, the front desk employee quickly confirmed my ID and welcomed me in as a valued local guest. The mud century carpets and crimson cascade-style drapes in room 402 settled my dark mood and eventually made for a deep relaxing sleep. I used all 8 pillows from both beds for myself. Very soft and fun. Breakfast was natural breakfast-flavored and quite good except for the potato tots (only for dinner where i come from) which tasted like pencil erasers and coffee creamers which had gone south of the border. All was nourishing however but I won't be writing home about the food at this hotel. Who would even care? I also wish that the guest laundry had an industrial machine and sold Clorox or OxiClean for those tough-to-remove stains such as blood or wine.
