Very cute property. Loved our stay !

Nice quiet stay. The innkeeper was very responsive to the change in reservation we had to make. Called to get details on arrival time. That's to be expected of a small biz hotel (the kind we prefer these days!). Room exceptionally clean and evidently had been remodeled.
Only glitch was housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am! Good grief, we haven't checked out yet and are still getting things together.

I was admittedly a little concerned when I saw it was dog friendly, but it was very clean and so close to everything fun downtown! Would definitely stay there again! I’m a fan!

At first glance, the property externally was very cute. But in room zero, we found it unacceptable. The room was very small. The bed at best was a queen; it could have been a double. One of the two chairs in the room was so broken down you had to put a pillow in it to sit. No table to sit at; little space for our luggage. Maybe some of the other rooms on the property, but out room was unacceptable.

Have stayed here multiple times and was a great place, unfortunately looks like it has changed ownership. upon arrival some young lady rushed out asked me to sign passed a key and didn't even want to look at my id. which seemed a little odd.. when going to the ice machine she rushed out asked like what am i going or where am i going, did not feel welcome oh and the hot water was Luke warm outside temps in single degs i like a hot shower.. will not use again there's plenty other places around blowing rock don't use this one

I love staying here! We’ve stayed a lot!

The property was great. Cute little place. Nice people. Would rate 5 stars, but we didn't get any sleep all night because the heater unit wouldn’t work right, and it made the room incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Also, someone left a dog in the adjacent room, which whined and made noises all night.

Was quiet. Remote g go or the tv did not work. It was not worth $200

Nothing worked in the room....had to change rooms and the TV still didnt work. Workers were in and out of the room more than I was. Did not have a microwave in room as advertised. Bath room was so small and no space to put anything.....I had to sit sideward on the commode!
I got a $75 charge on my credit card after leaving and have no idea why?? Would never recommend it to anyone unless they were desperate.

We love staying at the Alpine Inn. The local is fabulous for walking up town to eat and shop. It is a older hotel and the rooms are nice with great beds and linen. The bathroom has been remodeled but a bit small. The landscape is lovely with rocking chairs outside your room.

The property was definitely clean. Property could use some updates. Easy walking to all the shops in Blowing Rock. Manager was helpful with a list of places to eat.

Good location and clean. It's just a quaint little inn that is decorated beautifully. Not a lot of extra Berlusconi and whistles, but that's probably why it was so affordable. Definitely a great value for the cost.

My wife and I reserved a standard queen room for a 3 night stay. When we got to our room, it was tiny (barely fit the bed). We requested a 2 bed unit or larger room that would accommodate us but none were available. They refused to refund any $$ and we went next door to the Hillwinds (absolutely loved it)

The property was convenient and clean. It was basic however but served our needs fine.

The rooms were small, but clean and serviceable. The grounds were beautiful and charming!

Property was very convenient to Main St with small and unique shops. Room was clean and well kept. Walls, however, were thin and permitted sounds to easily transmit. Good news - child was in bed by 9 pm! Really a very nice stay.

It was a charming location and Inn. The gentleman loudly talking at midnight in the room next door though made it less than pleasant. Obviously, not the Inns fault but thin walls meant I could hear every word.

This 50's-style motel is small, but very clean and well-kept. The bed was unusually comfortable, and the convenient location can't be beat.We brought a pet along for a nominal fee, and most of the other guests did also.
