The property/hotel is not well managed and maintained. Lacking basic needs during our stay: no towels ( i have to asked), no soap, no landline to contact reception, toilet seat is not matching or too small.

The deck person was wonderful. The reservation did not show up on hotel.com but after some time she found it on Expedia very professional I arrived at 9:00 pm and was given very nice room.

I have been staying at this hotel regularly over the past few years. It's very conveniently located, safe & friendly and very reasonably priced

We have being staying at the Gevasia for 10 years and have consistently been looked after very well.

My wife and I have stayed here for the Christmas holidays for 8 years and have had a great time each and every stay. It's walking distance from where we want to go and is surrounded by eateries with a large upscale shopping center a few minutes walk away.
8.0
It's near the shopping malls, however, no hot water in the shower.

It is horrible, the front desk said, my booking can’t be found at hotels.com, but when I tell her try to find it in expedia because they are the ones charging me.

Found cockroches, bathrooms accessories loose, not clean...unsafe conditions

This has been our No.1 hotel of choice for 8 years. It offers great options for business and leisure with a widest variety of eateries from genuine Japanese, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Singaporean and a fusion of everything else within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The staff have rotated in 8 years but they have always been helpful and particularly sensitive to the needs of guests.

My wife and I have over 45 nights at the Gravasia over the past 5 years even though there are many other hotels in the same area we keep coming back to it.

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful but room bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain that makes the bathroom wet allover when someone uses the shower because of its small size, also find 2 small cockcroaches lurking in toilet seat...

Safe and secure is what my wife and I felt when we stayed at the Gervasia Hotel during the covid pandemic. We had stayed at the Gervasia before and even with the restraints of covid, the excellent service came through. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

First, when I reached Pangloa, nobody there has heard of the hotel given the long name it has. This was in December 30,2019.
I later found out that there was no number on Expedia for me to contact the hotel.
I contacted Expedia through Online Chat using the WiFi of a nearby McDonald's. Even the agent couldn't find any means to get a hold of them.
I waited for half an hour for Expedia to sort this out. Still they couldn't since it was peak season, New Year's. So I asked for a refund and I had to drag my bags on the sands of Alona beach looking for vacancies which I found.
I was in touch with Expedia the whole time and finally they said they can't refund. Not even coupons to for next bookings (I have been using Expedia for over 5 years.)
Lealyn from Expedia just gave me the phone number which the hotel finally put on the Expedia listing and they simply asked me to call. Ending her email with "Thank you for choosing Expedia."
I made the booking through Expedia and it was their fault they listed hotels with no phone numbers or exact locations.
I called the hotel but they said they don't know of Expedia and that they are mostly an AirB&B.
Worst service ever.
There was no phone

I was staying in room 207A and there was a mouse in my room.
I have a video of it.

It is apparent that the staff especially the two receptionists are untrained in customer and are under-paid.
They won’t help you in any sort of problem solving. When you ask for directions in the city, they would immediately answer that they don’t know without even trying to find out first.
Don’t expect anything from the staff or you will be disappointed.

The property is quite conveniently located. It's around 30min drive from the airport and 12min walk from greenbelt mall. There is also a 7-11 steps away from the property and a bistro at the ground floor.
The property is quite dated but clean. I found the water pressure too low (but this seems to be a common issue. I encountered the same problem in other hotels in Philippines too). Some people may find the aircon too loud. Shampoo, soap and towels are provided but not toothbrush and toothpaste.

Just good enough but room not big enough

If they vould make their check in time earlier than 2pm that would be great.

Close to Greenbelt area. Limited choice of breakfast menu and mainly Filipino-style breakfast menu. Should have at least 1 continental style breakfast such as butter/jam and toast. Carpet needs some thorough cleaning. Shower water pressure very good. Comfortable beds, bathroom clean

Found deal online, hotel staff was very friendly and waited patiently while I found better price online. Almost half off.

This is not hotel and they called condotel. We booked 2 rooms for 4 and we arrived at 1145am. The reception didnt not allow us to check in and she said one room was available but we needed to pay 850php for early check in and we didnot pay and we put the luggages there and we stated we would come back after later. Then, when we came back at 10pm the reception stated there were no more room for 4 for us. What a fish. The reception woman knew we were there and 2 rooms for us and she did not reserve the room for us and this was so disgusting. I will definitely not go to this condotel again. Finally we got 2 rooms for 2 and a room for 3. The stay was so unpleasant.

Best location in Makati. I like people here always happy and friendly. Thank you po. フロントの女性は親切で、深夜もセキュリティがいるので安全です。安いしロケーションも素晴らしい、マカティで一番のホテルだと思う。朝食をわざわざ部屋まで持ってきてくれる。

Loved it except for the fact that our breakfast tray was in the room until we checked out

booked this hotel due to location and price. Both are very good. There is construction going on. even though there was many rooms available I was put in a room right next to construction worker. The banging and hammering started at 8am and continued on. I complained and the upgraded me. The bathrooms are not well lit. The rooms are very small. But consider the price and it's OK.
