it’s a perfect place if you want to just stay somewhere like a hidden place with your love ones but it’s not seductive at all for vacationers. There’s nothing to be amazed about. There’s no enjoyment like beach nor fitness or anything else someone might be looking out to enjoy their vacation. It’s just like you’re in your apartment with your love one making you food and there’s free Wifi and international cable. Everyday gotta be sex to make your vacation fun

Communicating with Linda was the highlight of my stay at Corail. She handled my reservation with the utmost care, which made check-in quite easy and straightforward. Unfortunately my stay had to be extended due to unexpected uprisings in the country, and once again she was quite accommodating in taking care of the extension. The place does need a bit of upgrade. However what they do not lack is the welcoming and family like atmosphere you find in staying there. For a very volatile place like Haiti, this place surprisingly offers a safe sojourn.

Very nice location, the employees are very friendly. This is my second visit and I plan to return.

To be honest I am one of those who travel with all my necessaries, sheets, pillows cases, pans, food, blender. You name it is in my bags, aside from the fact I can either obtain from my house there or my warehouse (PS I dont sleep in my home because I recently lost my mother if any of you are wondering why I am staying at hotels, I only there for a few days so done) anyway the room was okay, whether or not I would recomend to anyone is a maybe, if you like me yes, if you not and expect good not okay I would pass and I am saying that for several reason. the room was somewhat lovely but the bed extremely uncomfortable and that goes double on the bathroom seriously double it was to small and the water flow in one of the hose was an issue. the internet didn't work in the bedroom, the AC stop working in the middle of the night. Let put it this way if I do decided to stay there I will bring a pillow top for the bed, buy a new natcom phone for my internet need more cleaning product and so on.

This place had issues with the air conditioning not working half the time. Staff was limited on being able to speak English. Did not clean everyday unless told to do so. Had refrigerator change out 3 times due to not keeping items cold. I had to throw out several items due to this. Would not provide fresh towels daily and had no wash clothes in rooms. Restaurant was way over priced. You can go across street to G5 restaurant which has excellent service, along with good food at a cheap price. In addition, was not in a great location. However, I have to say that Linda was great to deal with and worked to try to solve issues, but there was so many that kept coming up I ask for refund and went elsewhere to stay. This would be a great place to stay if they can improve on some of the customer service issues and facility issues that need to be addressed.
