The suite was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The kids enjoyed the outside area with all the games. The pool was smaller, but the kids had fun, and it had a basketball hoop. Towels for the pool area were limited. Overall, we would stay here again.

Good location, great room size (we had the 2 bedroom suite which was awesome and huge). Carpet needed to be replaced with basic tile/wood flooring. The rooms could have used an update. Cleaning was not great by staff at all, but front desk extremely nice.

Fantastic having outdoor activities (ping pong, basketball, cornhole, putting green). Pool was a bit small so it was often crowded but still was able to enjoy it. Rooms were great.

It was a perfect spot for our son. Close to 6 Flags. And we played basketball on the half court, played mini golf and played basketball in the pool before and after the park. The pool was small but big enough for basketball though not to swim.

From the front desk staff to the catering staff to the room, everything was excellent. Clean sheets, towels, living area and bathroom. Fresh smelling room. Delicious breakfast. Delicious/boozy evening reception. Super friendly staff. Not one issue the entire stay. Special shout out to the early am breakfast crew. Will be back when visiting six flags again.

It was great overall. When we arrived, we had to wait a while to check in because there was a large group (20+ people) ahead of us reserving last minute rooms for the night. Once it was our turn, there was a second staff member that came out… it was too bad that he didn’t come out just a bit earlier while the large group was there, but maybe he was busy. Once we got to our room we were very pleased. It was a king room with sofa bed. Unfortunately, there were no linens for the sofa bed in the room, and I was busy with my children, so I didn’t want to call down for any. One other unfortunate detail was that the towels in the bathroom were damp. Maybe the hotels dryers weren’t working properly, but again, my kids had just fallen asleep and I didn’t want to call down to the front desk. The grounds were beautiful. We loved the putting green, basketball court and ping pong table. The breakfast was good too, and I was surprised and delighted to see grits! We would definitely stay there again, I would just make sure I had all the proper dry linens before getting ready for bed next time:)

Maybe the best hotel I stayed, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious, out-meal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, hem, turkey sausage, tacos, yogurt, French toast, so many cupcakes and cookies, just wow. Amenities make this hotel really special, my kids were so happy, it makes me happy too! Definitely coming back! Thanks!

Up to date clean property

Great experience during a lacrosse tournament weekend. Hotel did run out of extra towels and blankets but to be expected.

I only stayed one and half nights but in that short amount of time, I got to enjoy a few of the extras offered by the hotel. I loved that the pool was open until 11 PM! I traveled with 2 kids so after a 10 hour trip I was grateful for them to be able to enjoy themselves in the pool. The hotel has a beautiful fountain with an outdoor fire and seating. There is also a mini golf pad and a bike for guests to use!!! The room looked and smelled clean and the breakfast had a lot to choose from. Thank you for making this a truly exceptional Hilton experience.

The property was well maintained and had a nice amount of amenities. The continental breakfast actually has more than just mini muffins and coffee, a full hot bar with eggs potatoes and breakfast taco station. The staff was helpful and nice.

The property could use a facelift. Our stay was okay the size of the room is what we needed since there was 5 of us traveling together. What I didn’t like was no elevator you had to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs that was rough.

Staff behavior in breakfast area was really bad

Luke, was kind and efficient welcoming me at reception. Room was a generous size, clean and comfortable.

Great option for crew events at Mercer Lake

Person who checked me in had less than gracious welcome for me as a customer. Kept having issues with keys not working. Was given a handicap room as an alternative to the one I had chosen due to some issue with my room.
